Hi LordNine! Good day! I would like to suggest regarding on the Personal Trade system. I think it would be better if the low level mastery can accept trade offers from lvl 55 mastery. 

i.e trade items made by lvl 55 mastery and above to low level mastery - low level mastery can accept the trade, and the low level mastery stay as is and wait for them to reach for lvl 55 mastery to be able to do personal trading system.
