Greetings! This is LORDNINE.

We would like to inform you of the schedule for new hot deal products available upon meeting certain conditions, as well as the new avatar summon. 

Please check out the full details below.

1. New Avatar Summon Schedule

[Heinkell the Gray] Pickup Summon
- Sales Period: 27 August (Wed) 09:00 (UTC+8) – 10 September (Wed) 08:59 (UTC+8) 

* “Heinkell the Gray” Avatar Summon will be available in the in-game [Summon Shop]. 
* The summon count you’ve accumulated will be reset when the Pickup Summon event ends. 

2. Hot Deal Product Sales Schedule

- Sales Period: 28 August, 09:00 (UTC+8) until further notice

- Purchase Condition: Each Hot Deal product is available for purchase for 24 hours (once you log in) after meeting the required conditions.

* Each Hot Deal product becomes available for purchase once the required conditions are met, and remains available for 24 hours from that point.

* When the purchase conditions for a Hot Deal product are met, the Hot Deal icon or purchase pop-up will appear in-game.
* Even if you close the Hot Deal pop-up, you can tap the on-screen UI to purchase the product again. However, the same product cannot be purchased again once the 24-hour period has passed.
* Please note that a Hot Deal product of the same name may appear multiple times depending on the conditions you meet.

[Mastery Level Hot Deal Products] 

* Mastery Level Hot Deal products can be purchased via a separate pop-up upon reaching the required Weapon Mastery level.
* When you reach Greatsword Mastery Lv. 75 or Bow Mastery Lv. 75, a separate purchase pop-up will appear for each respective milestone.
* The Weapon Mastery popup is a product that will appear after reaching the required level. Even if you have already reached the condition before the sales began, it can only be purchased within 24 hours from the moment the popup is displayed.

* The Mastery Lv. 75 product will be displayed each time the mastery level of each weapon is reached.

(We will provide additional notice on 8/28 (Thu) at 20:09 (UTC+8). We hope this will clear up any confusion.)

[Adventure Clear Hot Deal Products]

* Adventure Clear Hot Deal products can be purchased via a special pop-up upon completing the required adventure.

Example: After clearing the final quest “New Story” in Act 5: The Undying Sun, the Act 5 Clear Product will become available for purchase.

* There was an issue where the Act 5 Clear Product Popup did not appear even if the condition was met before the sales period.
 We apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
This issue has now been fixed, and the product will now function normally.

* Important Notes

 - All Hot Deal items will be delivered as Character Bound.

- Hot Deal products are only available for 24 hours after they open. Once the purchase period ends, the same product may not be available for purchase again.

 - The listed items and their contents may be resold later in the same or similar form.

 - Sales schedules may change depending on service conditions. Any changes will be announced separately.

 - Each product can be purchased a limited number of times during the sales period. 

 - Items that take effect immediately upon purchase are not eligible for refund cancellation.

 - If any bonus item included with a purchase is used, refund cancellation will be restricted.

 - Drop rates for each component of chance-based items can be found in-game under [Probability Info].

 - When spending paid or free Diamonds in the in-game shop, you will earn mileage at a certain rate.
