[Notice] Important Notice Regarding Hot Deal Purchase Error

We would like to inform you of an issue discovered with the “Hot Deal” products currently on sale following the update maintenance on 7 August.
The “Hot Deal” products are intended to be purchased only once, but we have confirmed that multiple purchases were possible. When attempting to purchase more than once, payment is processed, but the items are not delivered. We are currently working to resolve this issue.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to our Lords.

- Issue where Hot Deal products can be purchased more than once
* The Hot Deal products are intended to be limited to one purchase. However, if purchased more than once, the Hot Deal items are not delivered.
[Response Details]
- For Lords who purchased on PC or Android (AOS):
→ Refunds will be processed sequentially. Please note that it may take a few days to complete the refund process.
- For Lords who purchased on iOS:
→ We ask for your understanding as refunds for App Store purchases cannot be directly processed.
In lieu of a refund, we will be compensating Lords who purchased on iOS with Diamonds equivalent to the product’s value, distributed sequentially from the time the issue occurred.
We once again ask for your understanding that it may take a few days to complete the refunds and Diamond compensation. We will do our utmost to ensure a thorough and careful resolution, even if it takes time.
