Greetings! This is LORDNINE.

We would like to inform you on how to register LORDNINE coupons.
LORDNINE coupons can be registered both in a separate coupon registration webpage and in the game.

Please check each coupon’s usage period and register them before they expire.
Please refer to the following information on how to register a coupon.

◆ LORDNINE Coupon Registration Notice

1. Coupon Registration Period

: Until the expiration date specified on each coupon

2. How to Register Coupons:
(1) Register in-game (PC / Android)
① [Open the Game Menu] ▶ ② [Settings] ▶ ③ [Account] ▶ ④ [Enter Coupon Code] ▶ ⑤ [Register the Code and Receive from Mail]

※ For Lords using iOS, please refer to the coupon webpage registration method explained below.

(2) Register via Coupon Registration Webpage (Link)
- Enter the coupon code in the designated field at the webpage
- Click [Register]
- Select the character to receive your coupon reward
- Receive the coupon reward from your in-game Mail

※ If your reward does not appear in the Mail, please try reconnecting to the game or check again after a short while.

(3) How to register STOVE Coupon
Coupons registered in the STOVE Coupon Storage before official launch cannot be registered by the methods above. They must be redeemed by following the steps below.
(※ After launch, LORDNINE coupons cannot be registered via the STOVE Coupon Storage.)

a. Create a LORDNINE game character
b. Go to the STOVE Coupon Storage [Link]
c. Click on [Select Game] - Select “LORDNINE”
d. Find the registered coupon and click on it
e. Select the game character to receive the coupon rewards and click on [Use] (Please select the recipient character carefully.)
f. Receive the rewards from Mail in-game

※ Coupon Usage Precautions
- Coupons received from the pre-registration event can only be used on worlds and servers open at the time of launch. (Applicable event: Put in event name)
- Coupon rewards will be sent to the selected character’s Mail in-game.
- Coupon rewards will be character-bound.
- Coupon rewards will be stored for 60 days, so please claim them within the expiration period.
(Expired unclaimed rewards cannot be restored.)
- Expired coupon codes cannot be used.
- Coupon codes can be used once per account.
- Expired coupons will not be reissued or extended.
