스토브 오버레이로 인한 게임 실행 불가 안내 / Game Launch Issues Caused by the STOVE Overlay

현재 일부 이용 환경에서 오버레이 기능이 활성화된 상태(ON)일 경우, 게임이 정상적으로 실행되지 않는 현상이 확인되고 있습니다.

해당 오버레이 관련 이슈는 현재 원인 파악 및 개선을 위해 확인 중에 있으며,
게임 실행에 어려움을 겪고 계신 경우 아래의 해결 방법을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

스토브 PC 클라이언트 실행 후 닉네임 ▶ 클라이언트 설정 ▶ 오버레이 메뉴에서 오버레이 사용을 OFF로 변경하신 뒤, 다시 한 번 게임 실행을 시도해 주시기 바랍니다.

Hello, This is the Store Manager.

We have identified an issue in which the game may fail to launch in certain environments when the Overlay feature is enabled (ON).

We are currently investigating the cause of this overlay-related issue.
In the meantime, if you are experiencing difficulty launching the game, please try the workaround below.

Please open the STOVE PC Client and go to Nickname ▶ Settings ▶ Overlay, then turn off the Overlay feature and try launching the game again.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue may cause.
We are doing our utmost to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, and we will provide further updates through a follow-up notice once more information becomes available.
