Help me please
my problem is the following: The game for some reason is not available in the Portuguese play store and so I had to find other methods to download it. I managed to get the game but when creating the account when I log in I get this error. Does anyone know how to solve it?

the game wont let me play
Am I the only person who cant get in the G.O.H game it keeps telling me that an error occurred while processing data and i have already tried reaching out to customer service but what ever they put on there does not work so does anyone know a number I can call.

Can't log in the game [1]
(Sorry for my bad english) I started a week ago or idk when a account, and yesterday i cant downloaded the update so i uninstalled the game and downloaded again i try'd log in and i cant, i changed my password and i still cant log in so i try to this website and when i want agree the terms of service thing i cant because if i agree then i need again and again so i think my account glitched if the support can help to log in the game and website i would be happy!

#crash Hello I’m here to say that I have played many many hours playing the game and I really enjoy and the anniversary is going really well but today when I tried to play it wouldn’t allow me to log in via google account and I tried using other ways but it never lets me back into my one account. I understand games have there flaws but this has happened a few times but they were easy fixes like deleting the game or closing the app but i shut down my phone, deleted the app, and closed the app multiple times and I would like some help to fix that I want to continue to enjoy this game and watch it grow as it goes on. Please if you see this try and fix the problem and I’m not the only one who gets these if you fixed this problem I would highly appreciate. Speaking of the anniversary I was really hyped about the rare hero which i was going to choose mori hui I logged in everyday and did all the missions wanting to get this one unit that I really love. So once again may you please fix this p

Game keeps crashing on the tutorial missions
I cant get past the tutorial missions and it's really annoying I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it 3 times and still have the same problem why? It's on the g.o.h mobile app from the play store I'm trying to enjoy but it's not really going well I'm signed in with my Facebook account

14 Day Special Mission Quest Issue
I just wanted to say I think the 14 day special mission given to new players is pretty strict for certain missions. One example is upgrading 210 characters. A lot of fodder is needed to upgrade 6 star characters to +5, and without that boost, you naturally fall behind in Hero Battle, Team Battle, and gradually Challenge Tower. In addition, the Heroic and Legendary adventure mode quests are practically impossible without a well-upgraded 6 star character, so these two quests directly conflict with each other in terms of how the player should distribute upgrade material. The next issue is the battle modes. For team battles, players need to play 370 team battles to satisfy the requirement. After doing some rough math, players receive 5 attempts every 2.5 hours. Dividing 24 hours by 2.5 and multiplying the result by 5, players ideally get 48 attempts a day and can finish around 672 attempts over the course of 14 days.
