Are you going to lower the difficulty of episode 3? It's very difficult to play. I can't get past chap. 3 - 10. Enemies attack all the time. There were a few times that on the enemy's turn, they threw more than 6 times in a row.
I'm super frustrated with the game because I can't have fun with something that hard and I bet there are players who feel the same way.

New players who play casually must get very frustrated when they get to a point in story mode where you have to hope for luck to help you get a 5 star hero and good gear to try without any certainty to get through such difficult chapters.
I played this game a while ago and stopped playing it out of frustration and anger. A game that depends on luck and time is not good for casual gamers. Too bad this could be different.

If you don't spend hours and hours looking for resources and equipment, do you reach a point in the game where you can't do anything else and will it always be like that?
There's a new episode and if I'm dying to go through episode 3, I don't even want to imagine the enormous difficulty that must be playing in episode 4.

I believe I'm not talking for myself that these extreme difficulties leave any casual player, player who likes pve very frustrated and discouraged.

Will these difficulties ever be eased? Or is the game just for those who spend hours and hours playing?

It's frustrating to see that I've reached a point in the game where I couldn't make it to the end due to lack of time, where the game requires you to be looking for resources for hours without any certainty that you'll get something to improve your heroes to help you get through the difficulties imposed by the game.

I am a casual player who only plays PVE and managed to get through episode 3 -10.
I advise you to bring characters that reduce Combat Readiness ex (Eda, Bassar, etc.)
And characters that increase Combat Readiness (Holiday yufine, General Purrgis, etc.)
Soul Weaver that boost immunity (Angelica, Angelic Montmorancy, etc.)
the ideal is that you go with characters with at least 150 speed, because the enemies in chapter 3 are fast.
I couldn't pass with 3 stars because I don´t have a dark character evolved.
Watch some videos on youtube to get an idea of how to pass there are streamers that pass with 4 star characters.
If you are a casual player like me I recommend you do all the events that come up as they provide a lot of resources.

Hint: Garo's secret shop provides bookmarks, mystical medals and lv 85 gear if you have money to spend reset the shop with 3 crystals you will update it and from time to time have a chance to show up what I just did to mention.
Casual players and I include myself in this have to be patient because it takes more time to get resources.

I watched several tips videos on youtube. I believe that without them, I would not have made it that far, but I ended up reaching a point that is very complicated. I can't enjoy all the cool events in the game because I'm always looking to find resources and it turns out to be daunting, but I'll try to follow your tips.

I've been frustrated like you before, i've got stuck on Episode 2 10-10. I just couldn't get through Straze. Take me 2 weeks to do it. But it only happen when i look into my characters e see that I was building some of them like im a brad-new player, but i was not. Not anymore. I have to improve my gear and get more critical about the equipments that i keep. I need to level up the skills, i can reforge some itens, and stuff like that. I've became so critical whith my itens, that i pass all the episode 3 on auto (except for the Mort, i hate that guy...). Anyway, the game is not that hard, u just pass off the early game, it should be challenging...
