1. An error occurred while I was making a purchase.

1. An error occurred while I was making a purchase.
 
Because all transactions are processed via  

the app market (App Store, Google Play Store),  

we are unable to check the cause or details behind purchase errors.

 

If your purchase fails and/or an error occurs, please contact the customer service center of your app market.

2. My payment is not going through due to my mobile payment service limit.

Payments made through mobile payment service are categorized as 'Data Usage Fees'.

 

The data usage fee is billed separately from the limit for mobile payment service

and the cap is determined individually for each telecom provider.

 

For detailed information, please contact your current telecom provider. 


3. I never received the item I purchased.
In the event that you do not receive the item you purchased after the transaction completes, 

please first attempt to completely close and reconnect to the game.

 

If after reconnecting to the game the item has still not been delivered,  

please submit an inquiry following the format provided below.

 - Date & Amount Spent on Purchase:

 - Purchased Item:

 - Requested Action: Cancel Purchase/Deliver Item

 - Google Account Used to Purchase:

■ App Store

  - Apple requires all purchase inquiries to be made directly via Apple.      

   Please use the App Store (https://support.apple.com) to request a refund.     

   If Apple requests proof of purchase, please send us your purchase receipt and  

   we will confirm that your purchased item was not delivered. 


4. How can I check my purchase history?

Please refer to your app market to check your purchase history.

5. An extra dollar was charged during a purchase.

When making an in-app purchase, you may receive a notification that you were charged 1 additional dollar.     

This charge is a pre-authorization charge made to verify your payment information.     

 

This may occur when you change your card information or register a new card,  

and the additional charge will automatically be refunded. 


6. I want a refund for an item I bought. (Play Store)

To request a refund, please make sure that your request follows the guidelines below, 

and go to [Lobby > Settings > Customer Support].     

 

The following situations cannot be refunded:   

 

 Products that are listed as non-refundable  

 Purchases made more than 7 days prior 

 Package items which have been partially used  

 Monthly subscription packages

 Items which take effect immediately after purchase

 In the case of items which provide additional benefits, if they have been used
