1. How can I link my account, and what are the available options for linking?

In Epic Seven, you have the option to use either a STOVE account or a guest account upon the initial launch.

 

However, it's important to note that in the case of a guest account,  

if you reinstall or reset Epic Seven during use, you won't be able to restore that account.

 

Therefore, it is strongly recommended to link your guest account to a STOVE account.


[How to link your account]

 - Go to Settings > Account Settings > Account Management 


2. Please provide information about the STOVE account.
 
STOVE accounts can be created using your email, Facebook, Google, or Twitter credentials.

To prevent the loss of your Epic Seven guest account, it is strongly recommended to link it to a STOVE account before use.

 

 If you decide to withdraw your linked STOVE account from Epic Seven, please be aware that your game data will also be deleted. Therefore, make the decision to withdraw your account carefully. 


3. Can game data be linked after switching devices or reinstalling the game?
 
By logging in with the STOVE account you previously used, even after changing your device or reinstalling the app, you can retrieve and continue using the game data stored in that account. 

However, it's important to note that for guest accounts, 

 

changing devices or reinstalling the app will result in data deletion, 

and the recovery of all account information, including payment history, will not be possible.

 

Please take note of this. 


4. How do I switch from using my social media account for simple login to an email account?
 
We will provide you with information on how to switch your account from your simple login social media account to an email account.

Please refer to the following information.

- For PC, go to https://www.onstove.com/  and then Login → My Info → Member info → Member info Settings → Switch account

 My Info

 Account transition is only available by PC.

■ How to Switch Your Account

1. To switch to the desired account, click on "Switch Account" in the My Info or Member Info settings.

 .


2. Please review and agree to the details of the “Switch Account” request.



3. Verify your identity through email authentication.


4. Enter the email address to which you want to make the change, followed by the verification code and your password.



5. Log in with the switched account and embark on your adventures in Orbis.

If you encounter any issues while switching your account, please contact the [Epic SevenCustomer Center]

  

 Please Note

- You can change the linked account to an email address.

- Once the account transition is completed, it cannot be reverted.

- Account transition is only possible for accounts in your own name, and email verification  is required during the process.

- If, for any reason, you are unable to directly change the email account, please contact the customer center for assistance.
