FAQs Regarding the Game

1. An item/hero has disappeared.

2. An item disappeared from my mailbox.

3. Is it possible to recover in-game currency that I have used?

1. An item/hero has disappeared.

If a hero or item you possess has suddenly disappeared or been lost due to an error,  

please follow the format below and contact us through [Lobby > Settings > Customer Support]] for assistance:

 

We will make every effort to assist you promptly.

2. An item disappeared from my mailbox.

The Epic Seven mailbox has a limit of 100 items. Players can only view the most recent 100 items they have received.

(If you retrieve recent mail, you can now check for any previously unseen mail that may have accumulated.)

 

Moreover, certain items have a limited redemption period and will be deleted if not redeemed within that timeframe. 

The associated mail and any attached items will be deleted.

 

Items that were not used within their designated time period  

cannot be recovered. 


3. Is it possible to recover in-game currency that I have used?

Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that it is challenging for us to offer individual assistance in 

recovering in-game currency that you have used legitimately. We appreciate your understanding. 


4. I accidentally left my Guild.

When leaving the Guild, your contribution will be deleted,  

and unfortunately, we are unable to provide assistance in this regard.

 

Additionally, please be aware that after leaving a Guild, 

the creation and joining of a guild will be unavailable for 24 hours. 


5. I accidentally promoted someone as the Guild Captain.

If the Guild Captain remains inactive for 15 consecutive days, leadership will automatically transfer to the Vice-Captain.

Please be aware that assisting in the recovery of Guild leadership authority under these circumstances can be challenging.

Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide assistance in cases where the delegation of the guild leadership position was accidental. 


6. There is too much lag and I can't play the game.

Various factors can contribute to lags in the game.

Please check the following to reduce lag in the game.

 

1) Check if the device is overloaded and make sure it is stable. 

- Reboot your device regularly to stabilize abnormal processes and memory consumption.

- Delete unnecessary applications and files to create more free space.

- Close apps that are active in the background.

 

 2) Epic Seven App Settings

- Lobby > Quick Menu > Settings > Game Settings > Default Settings
