Elvira was initially designed as a Hero to counter enemies reliant on Fighting Spirit. However, an issue arose when she was used in conjunction with a specific Artifact, allowing her to sustain Immortality excessively and prolong battles. This led to unsatisfactory experiences for both Elvira users and opponents. To address this issue, we are adjusting her skills to eliminate the unpleasant experience while enhancing her role as a Hero capable of preventing enemies from gaining Fighting Spirit.

The first adjustment involves altering Capturing Sacrifice to no longer be affected by Cooldown increase and decrease effects. Although she cannot reduce the Cooldown of her skill outside of her turn, this change ensures a more consistent performance when facing enemies like Lua and Nahkwol, who can increase skill Cooldown. Furthermore, Elvira will now contribute more offensively by decreasing the defense of the target in addition to inflicting the existing unhealable effect.

The condition requiring Elvira to be Immortal to prevent enemies from acquiring Fighting Spirit has been removed from her skill, Blood Mana. This modification ensures a more consistent performance in her primary role of preventing enemies from gaining Fighting Spirit. The buff removal effect from enemies, originally part of her skill Hit and Run, will be transferred to Exterminate. Hit and Run will now inflict Provoke, creating better synergy with Immortal. These adjustments empower Elvira to more effectively suppress enemies reliant on Fighting Spirit. If she can maintain Immortality, she can also apply Beguile more effectively, protecting both allies and herself from formidable threats when equipped with high Effect Resistance Equipment.

These proposed balance adjustments are scheduled for the 5★ Hero Elvira on January 18.

We apologize for any inconvenience and offer a recall for Elvira summoned before the update on 1/18. The drop rate up period for Elvira will be extended for an additional week to give you ample time to decide on the adjusted Elvira. For more details on the recall, please refer to the information below.

2. Preview of 5★ Hero Elvira Recall

Elvira's recall period will last two weeks, starting after the maintenance on 1/18 until 02:59 UTC on 2/1.The recall will only be available for Elvira as long as she is within your Hero Inventory before the maintenance on 1/18.  If Elvira is in your Hero Storage, please move her to your Hero Inventory before the maintenance on 1/18.  Additionally, you can only recall the Hero once during the recall period, regardless of having multiple separate copies. We will provide a reminder about the schedule and the details of the recall method in the 1/18 Update Notice.

You will be able to exchange your recall target for another Hero of the same grade that has been released as of the recall starting date. However, Covenant Heroes that are only obtainable through limited summons or collaborations, and those that cannot be summoned (such as Zeno, Yuna, Serila, etc.), will be unavailable for selection. In addition, even if the selected 5★ Covenant Hero exchanged via recall is a duplicate Hero, you will not receive any Covenant Coins.

When you proceed with the recall of the 5★ Covenant Hero Elvira, depending on the Memory Imprint Grade of the recall target, you will receive Memory Imprint material called Slate of Fate, which can be used for Memory Imprinting 5★ Covenant Heroes. Slate of Fate cannot be used on Moonlight Heroes, Limited Heroes, or Collaboration Heroes.

If you would like to receive a fresh copy of the Hero that was used as a Memory Imprint material instead of receiving a Slate of Fate, please contact customer service using the 1:1 Inquiry before the end of February.   You must retain a copy of the Slate of Fate. We will check your in-game log and exchange the Slate of Fate for a fresh copy of Elvira. The Elvira you receive via this method will not be eligible for recall.

Likewise, if you used any Unknown Slates to Memory Imprint Elvira and would like to receive those back as Unknown Slates instead of Slate of Fates, please contact customer service using the 1:1 Inquiry before the end of February.   You must retain a copy of the Slate of Fate. We will check your in-game log and exchange your Slate of Fate with Unknown Slates in accordance with the amount you've used as Memory Imprints.

These are the proposed balance adjustment for the 5★ Covenant Hero Elvira that is scheduled for the update on January 18. We apologize once again for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

We will continue to carefully monitor and review the balance trends to provide a stable gameplay experience.

Thank you.

Has anyone else still not received their Nahkwol emote? I tried submitting multiple inquiries and the best I can get is an automated response that says it was only available for a limited time but I did log on during that time. Can somebody help me please???

Maybe there was a level cap to get the emote?

I also never did.  They said it would be sent out later but did not recieve :( been a loyal player for years

I want to change Elvira for another hero.

I was worried, but I am not now. Extending the summon period is a nice touch. I already have her, but I will not be recalling. I think the changes are actually pretty considerate of the problem children who counter a kit like hers, and who she can counter. I'm a lot more confident I can bring my Arena rank up a little.

This was a nice change, but I dont like the approach this had.

If people wants a recall you should give the bms instead of a selector and slates, for example: wouldnt be fair for someone that went and SSS her for whatever reason, just give them all the resources used to SSS said hero, of course, take away the heroes and artifacts pulled as well, I mean, you come and release hero after hero after hero, with now the bs mechanic to release 2 seasonal heroes instead of just one, last week we still had a new limited hero. Two weeks before, the same, two weeks before that a new hero and so on. I cant still believe you released nahkwol when we still had green lilias banner, you couldnt even wait for her banner to end.

If you cant do this at least reduce the pity requeriments, why we need to lose 20% of our resources for ****** luck in this game? It wouldnt be a problem if people would pity time from time, but in my case 75% of my pulls are from pity, some of us cant keep up with this bullshit.

Is it possible to Collab with KoF

😁👌

The people who pulled for her to abuse his S3 was stupid. I am new in the game with two months, I knew that they were going to retouch it in that section. I told people my guild and then that happened. Now the character is better and cry because they can not abuse her. And for the spirit of battle, we must not minimize it. He makes you counter the strongest gambling units
