Horrible performance for me too

Horrible performance after update here too, it was smooth before.

Emulator (Bluestacks 5 version Pie 64) on Windows 10.

Same here.  So laggy after the update

It seems ok on my phone(slow as before but it is making my phone overheat sometimes)but on BlueStacks it's terrible

So I think I'll just mention it for the sake of those left wondering or haven't figured out yet, even if it's not super helpful. Most games do not officially support emulators. They will "tolerate" emulators, but they will generally not offer any support or assistance in troubleshooting any issues that arise on an emulator. Therefore, if the game is not having an issue on Android or iOS devices, or through the new Amazon on PC system, then it is highly unlikely the devs will address it at all, let alone offer any sort of fix.

Unfortunately, your best bet is going to be seeing if anyone on the forums of the specific emulator have been having similar issues of late with this or any other game that recently had an update, and see if there is a settings tweak that fixed the issue . Or else, you're likely stuck until some future update fixes whatever's broken - intentionally or otherwise. 

If you are having issues on Android or iOS, it's best to make an official detailed report.

I THINK I FIXED IT. try removing the high definition pack! it worked for me!!

edit: its not a full fix. it helps a lot with the major stutters, but fps is still lower than usual

The problem Still presist and 90% emulator /phone users i know experience the lag stutters fps drop n increase randomly.. It is very much unplayable
