3. Categories

   [New Costumes]

     - Topic: Draw any new designs of hairstyles, costumes, etc. of the characters in Epic Seven.

     - Image Size: 2894px * 4093px

     - Color Mode: RGB

     - File Format: Free (However, the winning candidates will be asked to submit their illustrations in a PSD file saved with the character and background separated.)

   [Fan Art]

     - Topic: Draw any characters in Epic Seven.

     - Image Size: 3160px * 1920px (The main image, such as Heroes, should be located within 3000px * 1440px area in the center of the screen.)

     - Color Mode: RGB

     - File Format: Free (However, the winning candidates will be asked to submit their illustrations in a PSD file saved with the character and background separated.)

4. Eligible Participants

   ① pixiv users who agreed to the guidelines of this contest (Only individuals can participate in the contest. Companies or teams will not be accepted.)

   ② Minors are welcome to submit their illustrations with parental consent.

5. How to participate

   ① Draw your illustrations according to the theme of each category and post them on pixiv with the specified tags.

7. Winners Announcement: The winning illustrations will be selected and announced via a separate notice after the event period.

※ Please Note

- This event is conducted on pixiv, and the actual prize money will be rewarded based on Japanese Yen. (Grand Prize: 500,000 Yen, Epic Seven Prize: 50,000 Yen)

- Participants can submit as many illustrations as they would like; however, they cannot submit for both categories simultaneously with a single illustration.

- Only illustrations related to Epic Seven will be accepted.

- When submitting your entry, select the category you'd like to participate in, and the designated tags will be automatically added.

- Please make sure to submit your work within the event period.

- The following will be excluded from the award selection.

・ Any drawings unrelated to the topics

・ Drawings without the designated tags

・ Drawings posted as “My pixiv only” or “Private”.

・ Any works produced at the request of a third party (including rewards)

・ Drawings posted after the submission period or reposted   

・ Drawings with AI-generated images or texts

・ Any works that violatepixiv Guidelines in the requirements.

- If it is confirmed that your submission was not legal, your prize may be forfeited.

- Illustrations that passed the first winners’ selection will be contacted via messages in pixiv after March 29th.

- Those who received the message must submit the additional PSD file. If you do not submit within the period, you may be excluded from the winners’ selection.

※ Winners Notice

- Fan Art: When adjusting the illustration for the title screen, depending on the resolution of the device, the top, bottom, left, or right parts may be cut off or may not display properly.

- New Costumes: The illustration may be modified and reprocessed to meet in-game story details and ESRB Ratings. In this case, the design, coloring, and composition or settings may change significantly compared to the original illustration.

- The winning illustrations will be introduced via a separate pixiv notice or special page.

- We ask you not to delete or change the posting to private after winning the award.

- All award-winning works can be used for publication, merchandise, printings, marketing, etc. related to Epic Seven, and will be uploaded on the official social media accounts and on the STOVE community.

- Postings from abroad are also accepted. If you win, your prize can be deposited into an overseas account. However, due to remittance fees, the prize money received may differ from the amount stated above.
