Been awhile since I’ve played, and I have no idea who is good. I have been headhunting and tomorrow I should have enough points to recruit someone, but I was wondering who are some top picks for moonlight heroes right now. I only have Op.Sigret and Arby right now. Is there anyone who is just a must have right now that I could reroll for or possibly already have? Also I apologize if this is a dumb question or if this has already been answered lately.

Clilias and Stene would be the best options both for PvE and PvP and Belian would be also one of the safest for PvP due to her passive.

That being said, you should really go for any you would really want. LHC, Soli, Briseria and even Riolet are seeing good use right now in all pvp scenes and there's going to be many more I can't recall from the top of my mind.
