Improve/buff Eff resist stat please [8]

Currently in the game, even with 250+ ER, lua opponent in "guild war" Always give debuff to soul weaver with her decrease cooldown

Dev need to improve eff resist stat or nerf lua

Currently eff resist stat is useless in the game

1. You don't know how much EFF the enemy Lua has.
2. EFF Vs ER works fine and as intended (except 15%)
3. Debuffers are in a clear disadvantage currently in the game.

the only way is remove 15% and increase er range cap from 4% - 8% to 5% - 10%

er vs eff already gamble to begin with without 15%, when 200% er vs 150% eff, it will be 50: 50 in the end, we dont need 0% er unit compeltely turn the table with just being lucky, or my ed and c.zerato resist all debufs
