The following issue has been discovered on 11/29 (Tue).

1. An issue where some of the Heirs who created their accounts before 11/10 (Thu) 03:00 UTC could not clear the event mission due to how they cleared Strength of Ilryos and Chaos Gate before the Adventure for New Heirs event started.
→ This issue has been confirmed to occur because the data of the Heirs who cleared the mission between 11/10 (Thu) 03:00 UTC and before the event launched was not applied correctly.

→ We will try to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

→ This issue was resolved with the update on 12/8 (Thu).

2. (Added on 12/1) An issue has been discovered where [Labyrinth > Azmakalis of Cycle] content did not reset.

→ We are currently looking into the cause of this issue.

→ We will try to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

→ This issue was resolved with the update on 12/8 (Thu).

3. (Added on 12/1) An issue has been discovered where clearing mission 2, Clear Chaos Gate 1-9 does not count towards the mission count in Adventure for New Heirs Event.

→ We are currently looking into the cause and working to resolve the issue. For those who are experiencing the issue, we will change the status of your mission once we resolve the issue.

→ We will try to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

4. (Added on 12/1) The prices of in-App products are occasionally displayed as N/A on iOS devices.

→ If you're experiencing this issue, please reboot your device following the instruction on FAQ and try again.
