This is the 32nd original hero concept.

[ S1 - Cyclone ]
Attack an enemy.
A Critical Hit increases damage dealt and reduces S3 cooldown by 1 turn.
[ S2 - Psychic Exploit ] CD: 3 Turns
Attack an enemy.
Allies will Resist all debuffs and effects from the target, until the start of the caster's next turn.
//If enemy kill the caster before its next turn, this effect will last
//Takes effect regardless of hit or miss
[ S3 - Anabolic Calibration ] CD: 5 Turns
Attack all enemies. Increase damage dealt by 5% of the enemy's max health.
When there are even number of heroes on the battlefield, the caster has 30% extra Speed and Defense, but loses 30% Hit Chance and Attack.
Note:
A damage dealer who can play a restrictive role.
The core mechanic is "Even/odd number of heroes".
When the game starts, there are 8 heroes.
Even number means the caster is more speedy and less aggresive.
With 30% extra Speed, this hero can go first and deny an enemy debuffer for at least 1 turn with S2,
which will be prolonged if the caster is killed.
After the first hero dies, the caster enters "Odd mode", regaining Hit Chance and Attack.
"Daydream Joker" on S3 helps dealing with tanky targets.
After the second hero dies, the caster goes back to "Even mode".
Awareness of shifting between the two modes is essential.

And here comes TC again with his regularly scheduled low effort post and a generous dosage of faulty logic. Gotta wonder when he will take the hint that no one wants these things just like the clickbait Youtube videos by a certain other user that get posted here frequently.
Ok if we put some limits.
S3 , just everytime someone die , he get Increased stats .
He should be Squishy Theft.
That would be much less fun and strategic :(
Current version is better.
