[ Hero Concept 30 ] [1]
This series has come to its 30th episode.
Started a year ago, it's been a ride.
I've really enjoyed it. Glad to see some liked it too :)
This one is by far my favorite.

[ S1 - Black ]
Attack an enemy, with a 40% chance to inflict Unhealable for 3 turns.
[ S2 - Balancing Scales ] CD: Passive
This hero cannot be Buffed or Debuffed.
Enforce: Swร p Current Health with a hero and destroy this skill.
[ S3 - Borrowed Time ] CD: 4 Turns
Remove 50% Current Health from an enemy hero, before attacking it.
After this attack, return removed health to the target as healing effect.
Note:
Unhealable is not an "always useful" debuff in PvP.
So S1 Unhealable has been given a longer duration.
S2 is a special case of Enforce.
Normally, a passive skill cannot be casted.
But Enforce granted a one-time-only active effect: Health swap.
"Cannot be Buffed or Debuffed" has its pros and cons.
Free from worry of debuffs, but no Barrier, Increase Defense, Immunity etc.
This hero has to build some tankiness as a result.
S3's life removal has some finisher potential.
But if you fail to kill the enemy, removed life will be returned, making this attack ineffective.
Need to balance "Life removed" and "Kill Certainty".
When the target is Unhealable, use S3 at will.

And no one cared, poor TC :(
But who can blame them, these are incredibly low effort posts that don't even have a "hero concept" in them and are essentially just 3 skills tacked on to each other with a healthy dosage of faulty logic to compliment it. TC's imagination must be pretty feeble if he can't even come up with a paragraph description for a hypothetical character not to mention he's still copying other works because he's unable to come up with skill names himself.
