New labyrinths - Most probably there will be a Cidonia themed labyrinth in this half of 2022
Aria and ML Vivian censorship - I agree that's a problem, but what can we do?
Guardian levels - I know this is something promised from the beginning of the game, but I don't consider it high priority.
The state of RTA - I don't play RTA, so I don't know what you are referring to here.
New 4* heroes - I agree that this is a problem. However, the thing with 4*s is that they take the same amount of effort to grow as 5* heroes. If not more. The only thing about them is that they are easier to obtain than 5*.
Easier way to get gear - They added a pity system to gear crafting. The 50% more drops from hunts event, appears more often, as far as I can tell. It's not ideal, but they cannot give good gear away for free can they?

Don't agree with the tone but E7 needs to pivot with new gameplay and contents. Else, it may not be heading in a good direction.
