This is the 25th original hero concept.

Class: Ranger
[ S1 - Nether Existence ]
Attack an enemy, with a 17% chance to grant the caster Invincibility for 2 turns.
[ S2 - Sprint ] CD: 2 Turns
Choose a character.
In the target's next turn, it deals 70% damage, but its basic skill has a 70% chance to perform an Extra Attack.
When this skill is not available, decrease enemy's Effectiveness by half.
[ S3 - Warp ] CD: 3 Turns
Choose a character.
Set the caster and the target's Combat Readiness to 50%.
Grant Increased Attack (Greater) to the caster for 2 turns.
Note:
A straightforward hero.
S1 Invincibility jackpot.
It only makes sense when a couple of teammates are dead.
S2 can be used on allies to attack twice, gain more stacks or debuffs.
Use it on enemy to decrease their damage, or to trigger certain effects.
Decrease enemy Effectiveness makes up for the rng/Politis vulnerability/impact shortage of S2.

TC continues to demonstrate his ineptitude in creating balanced and coherent skillsets, what a surprise.

S1 Invincibility duration increased to 2 turns.
S2 now only affects target's next turn, and decreases all damage output of the target.
I wonder would i use this with s2 on hwayoung on turn 1 to get two uberius procs at 100% or use s3 on hwayoung to then hwayoung s3 someone into death or maybe burn hwayoung s3 to get the two s1s and pair it with this characters damage to finish off another character but yeah gotta consider this characters dmg multipliers and what it scales with also if it has high speed, i feel like it would be fine as a full support with no dmg on itself but a turn 1(high speed) two units 50% cr sounds dangerous to me, the decrease enemy effectiveness sounds fine but i'm not really a fan of rng skills 70% and 17% so would prolly ban to avoid going against it,lastly i wonder what would its soulburn be, it does fit the ranger class though

This hero's S3 SETS the caster and target's CR to 50%.
Not CR increase or decrease, but modify.
If you use it on someone else at the start of the game, it basically makes the target the lowest CR one.
I don't always design soulburn effects.
What's your idea about this one?
dotaplayeNo idea, you're the character developer if its about me i would prolly stick to the basics and do either lower 1 turn cd on s3 or increase chance for invincibility on s1, extra turn i think would be too much since the s2 is 2 turns and the character doesn't seem to need effectiveness or damage so far
