Hmm... thoughts on Pavel and Kanna? [5]

Hi people. I really like big gun user heroes especially rifle users and this game has them badass looks! But looks aren't enough they should be passable on good combat skills too.

First I finished my destruction build ML schuri, what I like about his looks is not only he has cool looking rifle, he also has twin hand guns, which is my type! and oh man I have him almost perfect stats on each gear, I just need to change couple of stats and he's a pure glass cannon! Man this game is bad for impatient players like me, I want to reforge all those gears soo baaaaad right now but I don't have resources~ and that will take a while 😵 I hope soon there's event that gives reforge select chests.

So about Pavel and Kanna, are they worth building as one of main earth and fire heroes? And if you know any heroes that uses artillery that is worth build please tell.

And lastly, not really a complain. It's just Pavel's S1 animation, isn't "convincing" who would smack things with rifle when they can just fire it? Anyway thank you for comments!

this is my pavel. There are better ones out there that are even faster but pavel is definitely really good unit in guild war and arena. For world arena you need to make him fast enough to follow up with your openers. Kana is just a pve expedition unit not much else

I have Pavel but haven't used him for anything since his build prioritizes speed and my useful speed gear is on other units. But I've heard he has his very good niche uses in PvP and PvE, PvP mainly.

Kanna is a free Connection hero, so I always assumed her to not be suitable for PvP and haven't really heard of anyone using her for PvP. I would assume that, given her general kit and power she also has niche potential, but as you likely know if it's not meta no one bothers trying. In PvE she is a major part of my current Blooming Snag Expedition team. I have her on a (not so good) Speed/Crit set running a +24 Bloodstone - 3700 atk, 1100 def, 10100 hp, 220 spd, 100% cc, 212 cdmg. I've heard she's also useful in the Caides hunt, but I don't farm it enough and don't user her on my current Caides team to really know that for sure.

Pavel's S3 animation has the same issue. It looks like he lunges forward and smacks the target into the air with his rifle before shooting. Mayne the animators envisioned him as fending off enemies who are always trying to get in close for melee... which I guess isn't unreasonable considering the large number of characters who do melee only.

Regarding whether he's worth building, I certainly think so. I don't have his build exactly like I want it yet, but he is capable of dishing out some serious damage.

Kanna is also pretty good. When I first got her I stuck some random unused +15 gears on her, and she did impressive damage. But I have since given that gear to other heroes and she hasn't been a priority since.

Well, Pavel is still my highest CP unit, he was my top choice to kill Rem before the release of Cilias, Peira and Ran.
But i still use him for GvG

as for Kanna, shes cute, but i only use her for green expo
