Hi people. Anyone familiar with Penelope's skills? People saying that she's one of top 3 star heroes in E7. I happen to also pull Goblet of Oath Artifact along with Penélope I'm thinking of building her but I wonder what would be the best artifact for her? According to statistics the Dust devil gets rank 1. her AI uses her S2 then get an extra turn. I wonder how she performed when fully build?
