Need help, please. Can't log in with my main account [6]

EDIT: I was able to log back in doing the password reset on PC. I guess the issue is that I needed to do an email verification step with a code, that if you do the pass reset directly on the app or on the phone, it doesn't give you that option. Once I did the code verification and pass reset, I was able to log back in. THANK GOD. It still doesn't explain why I was logged out, out of the blue and couldn't get back in untill I did that step.


Funny thing is that I was able to figure it out by myself without the help of STOVE support. :/  Leaving here this in case it helps someone with the same issue.

I'm writing here because I don't know what else to do, hoping that someone might help me.


I've been trying to log into my main account for a few days now and no matter what I do, the game tells me that my password or username is incorrect.


The account isn't hacked or anything, since I still own the email of the account and I can still change my password fine, but it always tells me that the password is incorrect no matter how many times I change it.


I read somewhere in custumer support that it might have to do with my email having a + on it, like: example+80@gmail.com 


I already contacted Epic 7 support team and they told me to contact Stove support team, wich I already did, but it has been more than 24hrs and haven't received any answer yet, do they normally take a lot of time to respond?  Since I think I would need to change the email that's binded to my account, because I don't have this issue with any account that's binded to an email that don't have that + mark. (I have a few alts that are ditched)


Has anyone had the same problem?

    It takes them 1-3 business days on average to reply.

    I had a alt that I wrote down the email/pass wrong on my spreadsheet that I keep track of that stuff on. I hadn't played for like 2 weeks and it logged me out. (account was disabled due to no activity.) I tried to log back in and it gave me a lvl 1 account with ALL my units, gear, gold, SS etc GONE!!!.

    I wrote to CS, with my account nickname, rep hero, and the email I thought was right. took them4 business days to respond with the correct email I had linked. (they only showed the 1st letter, and the last 5 letters of the gmail, with the rest ***. it ws enough for me to realize I had it written down wrong, logged in with my correct email, and Blamo, there was my account. I just missed like a week of dailies and side story.

    just wait a few more days. I think I gouty email business day 4 at like 3am PST.


    Also, just a heads up, I don't think you can change the email linked to your account,
