Volley -> Rain of Arrows

Shoots a volley of arrows at all enemies, decreasing Combat Readiness by a random amount between 20-40%. When the caster's Health is 80% or more, cooldown does not occur.

Normal Enhancement Effects

-Increases Speed by 5.

-Increases Speed of all allies by 3.

-Increases Combat Readiness of all allies by 5% after being attacked by a slower enemy.

-Has a 10% chance to increase the Speed of all allies for one turn after being attacked by a slower enemy.

-Has a 100% chance to decrease damage suffered from a critical hit by 30% when attacked by a slower enemy. When more than one damage reduction effect is granted, only the strongest effect is applied.

Skill Enhancement Effects

Precision Fire

-Increases decreased Hit Chance effect chance by 5%.

Rain of Arrows

-Has a 100% chance of increasing Combat Readiness by 5% for each critical hit made.

-Has a 100% chance of increasing Combat Readiness of all allies by 10% if an enemy is defeated with this skill.

Defcon

-Increases health recovered by 20%.

-Has a 100% chance of granting skill nullifier.
