Either you are top, middle, or new guild. 

All the top guild want you active. They have the right to kick anyone that do not even try.

Like how long to play AE each day ( it only last like a few minutes clicking) and maybe a few battle

Also you can just change to casual guild that do not do Ancient inheritance

It’s not discrimination, it’s getting rid of lazy bastards who add nothing to guild content. Don’t wanna do AI, Guild wars etc? Then you’re better off in a guild that doesn’t want to do those things. My guild isn’t crazy competitive, but I expect at least participation even if someone does the bare minimum, if they refuse to participate then they get kicked, it’s that simple. 

Tldr: Don’t use the term Discrimination to try justify laziness smh.

So from what I've gotten from your post is that you don't want to do ancient inheritance but, still willing to reap the rewards.

Ancient Inheritance doesn't take that long to do maybe 5 minutes or so, if the Guild leader doesn't want you around they can do so and they can find someone else who will.

Wow the idea of this discrimination is new to me. So you are saying that you dont want to do your job but still want to get reward from it? If that is true, please find a casual guild which doesn't care about AI. This content rewards those who are simply participate, there is no money needed for good reward so if you dont join, dont expect ppl to let you take the fruit of their labor, you have no right. Nobody wants their effort got wasted so if you dont do your thing, you get kicked, fair and square. 

If you're fired for not doing your job, you have no rights whining and crying about it.

Guild members help to attacking 3rd floor boss while someone never help attack any bosses and still walking in the park to collect all chests on 1st floor.  Don't help in AI while still login and collect boss reward after their allies killed the boss . . . GREAT!

You want to play the game your way, your style, then find a place that suit you.

Because in a group, your inactive play style will affect the result of the whole group.

You can't actually be serious about this. Maybe a casual guild is what you are looking for instead of a competitive guild and whatnot. Its laughable that you want to reap the rewards, but not participate in obtaining them.

I agree with the others, if you don't want to help your guild, don't be surprised if they kick you out.

Imagine you rent a room in a house but you never do chores that other tenants did and still get/enjoy all the "stuff" inside the house, would the owner of the house think you are fair to other tenants? I think you should discriminate yourself from active guild and find a laidback one
