All evasion units need more evasion [3]
Simple: All evasion units need mirsa passive with 50% evasion built into kit or they need evasion buff like Remnant Violet or Milim. Violet, having built 35% is not good, even with Moon light dream blade, every fight thats not vs a water unit is 55/45 in odds of hitting or missing him... Meanwhile, you put MLDB on Mirsa and its 70% evasion base, Milim has 70% evasion and thats all from her kit, no artifact and MLDB on Remnant Violet is 70%.
Not sure why this company likes gambling so much but, if you look at it, all the best units dont have "chance" or "percentage" mechanics. Help theRNG units out by throwing them a bone.

Don't worry, with so many Evasion counters and blatant Violet counters(Milim/Hwa) his EE ith extra 15% Ev may be just around the corner.
Stop trolling me, clearly only 100% evasion is a solution that would remove RNG. #notDimdred
