This is GM Dominiel.

The summon count for guaranteed 4-5★ Moonlight Hero has been adjusted since the last Awaken Update announcement

published on 3/16 (Wed).

4-5★ Moonlight Hero Summon Standard

One guaranteed summon for every 30 Moonlight summons performed

One guaranteed summon for every 20 Moonlight summons performed

※ Following the Moonlight Summon Revamp, the amount of 4-5★ Moonlight Hero Summon Tickets to be awarded to players will also be determined based on the changed standard.

Moonlight Summon Revamp will be applied on the game after the 4/14 (Thu) update.

  - After the 4/14 (Thu) maintenance, the remaining number of Moonlight Summons after retroactive application will be reflected in the summon count for a guaranteed Moonlight summon. (Refer to the retroactive application guide)

It's good you improved it, but holy is the odds regardless going to still be horrific. But regardless appreciated, but we need to still address the balance nightmare, and balance old ML5 that are useless like DJ Basar, Briar Iseria, and many regular 5 stars like Mort.
