[GM] How to Check Your Moonlight Summon Count (Database Renewed) [44]

The summon database has been renewed according to an adjusted summon collection period on 4/14 (Thu).

Players are now able to check their Moonlight Summon Count. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Adjustments have been made to the method to check your account number, so please make sure to check this notice.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Players are not currently able to access Chatbot due to high traffic. We will perform maintenance on the Moonlight Summon feature in Chatbot and also stabilize it. We are doing our best to fix this issue as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

On 3/16 (Wed), we announced our plans to make improvements to Moonlight Summon through the Awaken preview.

▶️ Epic Seven 2022 Major Awaken Update

We have set up a Chatbot that will help our players check their Moonlight Summon Count on which the calculation of the number of 4-5★ Moonlight Summon Tickets to be provided is based.

- Summon Data Collection Period: Release of Epic Seven ~ 4/14 (Thu) 02:59 UTC.

Please Note!

- The data provided by the Chatbot is based on the data collected after the release of Epic Seven until 4/14 (Thu) 02:59 UTC.

- Players will not be able to view the data from Chatbot if the total count for Moonlight Summons is less than 10.

- Data collected after 4/14 (Thu) 03:00 UTC is not included.

* We have made an exclusive page on which players will be able to view their Moonlight Summon Count. Players will no longer be able to view their count from the customer service chatbot. Please make sure to use the link above.

2. Enter your account number and view your total summon count

- How to check your account number

ㄴ Please note that the Account No in the Settings is different from the Membership Number. To find your membership number please go to Account Settings > Account Management and check your Stove membership number.

ㄴ Settings> Account Settings> Account Management

ㄴ Check your Membership No. on the top right corner.

Please contact the customer service center via 1:1 inquiries if you have any questions.

  ClaussellI had no idea that the game told you the rates for the 4-5* cov tickets since I've only tried press holding the item icon, and haven't tried buying it (which appears to be the only place the rates are listed). So yeah as you said we can't say for sure, but hopefully they will go with the precedent. Thank you.
