    Balance Suggestions [72]


    Nerfs

     


    C.Lilias (Hard to outspeed, hard to kill):

    Decrease her base Speed, Health and Defense (Decrease scale: Medium).

     



    A.Ravi (Free injury, multi revive, hard to kill, cannot outsustain):

    Remove S1 Injury and S2 healing.

    This hero cannot be Revived.

     



    Landy (S3 machine gun):

    Replace S3 "50% Penetration" with "Ignore enemy Buffs".

    Remove Speed buff and CR push.

     



    Rimururu (15000 damage which needs no aggro stats):

    The 15000 damage from S3 calculates Defense, damage decrease and mitigation.

     



    Belian (Cannot outsustain):

    Decrease base Health and Attack (Greatly).

     



    Hwayoung (One shot everything):

    S3 cannot reduce the target below 50%~1% health (The limit decreases from 50% if the target has more max health than the caster, capped at 1%).

     



    Angelic Angelica (Teammate follow-up is the REAL threat):

    When S3 is in cooldown, her teammates deal 20% less damage.

     



    C.Armin (Invincible + Immune + Permanent provoke):

    Revert S1 proc chance to 75%.

     



    Rem (Counterattack and additional attack):

    Decrease S1 and S2 proc chance by 10%.

     



    Violet (S3 damage):

    Decrease base attack (Slightly).

     




     

    Buffs

     


    Alencia:

    Mind's Eye grants 50% Eff and ER (Increased from 30%).

    When granted Mind's Eye, the caster's attacks inflict Injury.

     



    Angelica:

    S1 soulburn (10): Stun chance is doubled. Ignores ER.

    S3 grants Barrier and Immunity for 3 turns.

     



    Blingo:

    S3 grants an Extra Turn.

    S2 soulburn (10): Now attacks the Selected Target again with S1. The S1 procs after enemy's Revive.

     



    D.Corvus:

    S3 inflicts Extinction.

     



    Diene:

    S1 heals ally with lowest health.

    S2 cleanse before buffing.

     



    DJ.Basar:

    S3 cooldown is decreased by 1 turn whenever the caster damages an enemy. No trigger limit.

    S1 soulburn costs (10).

    Remove S3 healing (i.e. Revert S2)



     

    Krau:

    Immune to Injury.

     



    Mort:

    Immune to all debuffs.

     

     

     

     

     

    Note:

    Speaking of balance, we are in the most broken era of all time.

    Worse than 2018 Tieria, worse than 2019 SB.Aramintha, worse than 2020 Arby and 2021 double control/double Krau.

    So in your opinion:


    Heroes with 10+ functions while having 120+ base speed is more balanced.

    Hero who can deal 15000 pure damage without any attack stats, or a dps tank with Injury and Revive and very hard to kill.


    They are less broken than "golden boy" right?

    All these ideas of yours are completely invalid and worthless seems like you're just hardstuck because you do your funny none meta thing ****

    Most of these are a bit weird or don't address the main problem of units, but at least you have some ideas instead of just complaining. Don't let some of the more rude comments get to you.

    though I disagree wholeheartedly with the OP. Anyone came all the way from a link in Reddit to mock this guy need to go outside and touch some grass.

    Turns out that's the reason :)

    Even for a stove balance post, this is stupid beyond belief. You actually manage to make the E7 balance team look like a bunch of geniuses in comparison.

    Imagine thinking a base stat reduction will alter the viability of a unit (Hint: It won't). As long as the units have overloaded abilities they will always be at the top.

    It will.

    If C.Lilias has 86 base speed, and as squishy as Cidd.

    It definitely alters her viability.


    This is just an extreme example.

    In fact, we don't need this much stat reduction to make her balanced.

    dotaplayeYeah a 1/3 reduction in her base stats is clearly going to happen *eyeroll*. You have to realise the devs give out base stats so they are all relatively equal, if she's getting her speed reduced they'll clearly up another stat to compensate. You also have to remember there is a very high stat ceiling in this game so all you're doing is raising the bar. There will be people that can still run their Lilias at a ridiculously high speed even with a base speed reduction. In order to make her balanced you need to remove the features that let her automatically sync her S3 straight into her S2 or reduce the effectiveness of one of the two skills, being able to dump her whole load is what makes her broken.

    dotaplayeWhich is still dumb, you really aren't doing yourself any favours here. Why should people at the apex still suffer from a terribly thought out unit because you decided to only do a half-arsed job balancing the unit? The only way to curb her powercreep is to remove things from her skills namely the unconditional extra turn which allows allows her to "dump her entire load" on the first turn. Remember when units like Mui offered "choices"? Do I S3 here or S2 there? Well Lilias just throws that all out the window cause why not, let's just have the cake and eat it too.

    That's why the idea is balanced.

    People at the apex do not suffer from it because giving these excessive stats to other heroes are no easier to dea with (esp. Speed).

    Make your fast opener extra fast? Or use C.Lilias instead, but slower?

    That's also the choice there.

    Most of this stuff doesnt even made sense. Try using a strategy that should work.


    The only thing I can somewhat agree its about counters, but more than reduce the counter chance, I would like to see counters be cap at 2 per turn, for the mechanic, not for the characters.



    I really don't like any of these changes, they seem overcomplicated and have the chance of just making the heroes useless. For example, I'd rather c lilias to not get an extra turn from s3, because only s3 or only s2 I feel is manageable, it's their combination that causes issues since it effectively disables any cleansers, negate non atk cr gain(like Celine and politis) and so on.

    youre right. would make her more balanced if she does only 50% cr like fire lilias instead of extra turn. like REALLY!. What were they thinking. 

    already have ee for alencia. i really like injury especially. mort buff too much. krau is currently decent. i still see him sometimes. The rest, agreed except 1st ones.

    Nerfs are a bit excessive. wouldnt want them stripped off their roles and make them unusable.but perhaps could give just litylr balancing tweaks and restrictions.


    for me

    clilias-shes alright, i think its more of the synergy with meta and her high speed.

    aravi-stack to 6x and less s1 dmg.

    rimuru-make fixed dmg scale better on buff and give 1 to allies, all for himself.

    belian-notsoso, its the procs.

    hwayoung-make s3 better scaling against tankier units and cd

    aola-cd

    carmin-dont, instead fcc-barrier on higheet attack

    rem-remove unhealable and dispel

    vio-dont

    Alencia is pretty easy to kill.

    The Injury is like a reward for surviving.


    But A.Ravi is a top tier surviver.

    Shouldn't be rewarded Injury on top of it.



    Krau needs to get hit to work.

    Injury hits deny him completely.

    dotaplayeagreed. and s barely does anything against tankier targets and injury is really a nice solution.

    I think that aravi survivability is fine if not for the damage it does. she doesnt really need that much damage if she has the injury. It would also give squishy dps a favor against her. 



    C.lilias isn't even hard to counter just use ran,peira,or any cleanser but that hp decrease is nice. Landy doesn't even need nerfs what are you smoking. She even isn't used anymore. Rem aoe passive gives her a 20% counter chance, the single target one is based off of normal counter set so how does your nerf even work?

    And cleanser cannot deal with Team Vigor.

    Cilias is the most picked unit with highest WR. Speaks volumes on your "easy to counter" argument. Ran doesn't even counter her.

    Landy isn't used? Did you even bother looking up rta stats or arena defenses?

    NeriRan provides immunity but doesn’t stop vigor and vice versa for peira. What I meant is landy isn’t used as much anymore. I didn’t see her a single time last season and this pre-season. Why don’t you pull up the rates for me and correct me?
