Heirs on the Korea and Asia server had temporary maintenance during their log-in reward period and could not claim their energy, therefore, these Heirs will receive the missed energy following the update.

1. Reward: Energy x50 (Delivered to your in-game mailbox, Storage Period: 7 Days)

2. Schedule: 3/3 (Thu)  after the maintenance ~ 3/3 (Thu) 17:59 UTC.

On 3/2 (Wed) some heirs received an additional "video viewing gift". We apologize for any confusion that this may have caused. 

■ Video Viewing Gift Additional Compensation Details

1. Reward: 1 gift box for watching the video. (Delivered to your in-game mailbox, Storage Period: 7 Days)

- Details: Leif x3, Gold x300,000

Additionally, we ask our Heirs to please update to the latest version (IOS v.1.0.433)(AOS v 1.0.452) for a more stable service.

① Please search for [Epic Seven] in the App Store and download the update.

② If the latest update does not display in your app store, please restart your device and check again.

[Android]

① Go to [Google Play > Menu > My Apps/Game] and tap the update button.

② Go to [Settings > Applications > Google Play Store > Storage > Delete Cache]

③ Search the app directly on Google Play and click the Update button.
