Can someone explain this "buff"? [18]
ML Lilibet's passive CANNOT trigger at the end of an ally's turn now.
Someone Explain this change.
For example, the turn order is enemy1 -> ally1 -> enemy2. Dilibet S1 grants 25 FS.
Before, a counterattack from her can trigger her passive at the end of ally1's turn. She can reset enemy2 with S3.
Now, she can't reset enemy2 anymore.
P.S. ML Lilibet still gets rekt by Politis.

Why are you so curious if you don't play the game anyway?
Probably is tidy up the skills description. The reason is that she only gains FS at the "end of enemy turn", same in original skill and buffed, except buff is now double the FS gain. If your ally takes the turn, she wont gain any FS so there is no point to put in the end of somebody turn. For example, she is at 75 FS with 5 debuffs on your team (5 x 5 = 25 FS gain during enemy turn in original skill) when your ally takes the turn, she wont even gain FS and trigger her emergency stitching.
Thanks for replying.

There are exceptions. And these are not rare.
For example, an ally triggers counterattack from an enemy. The counterattack lands debuffs. She gains FS.
Say the enemy was Politis.
Before, Dilibet can POSSIBLY stop Politis from using S3.
Now, having to trigger Stitching at the end of Politis' turn, it's IMPOSSIBLE to stop her S3.

I dun think she can, in the current dilibet skills, it is stated that only at end of enemy turn then you can gain FS. Counter attack or extra attack from rem or ssb inflict debuff on yr team is not counted as enemy turn during your ally turn triggering rem or ssb.
STOVE83935395Thanks, that is explained.
But Dilibet S1 grants 25 FS.
A counterattack from her still can trigger her passive at the end of an ally's turn.
dotaplayeNo problem! Oh yes I forget about that correct, her counter attack can trigger emergency stitching during ally turn. I think the 100 FS trigger still work with counter set. The 100% FS is not attached to the end of turn I believe. The end of turn only affect FS gain but when she is at 100% FS she will always trigger immediately now, no need end of anyone turn. For example she counters/dual attack 8 times during enemy/ally turn, she will trigger twice of her passive now instead of waiting for the turn to end to trigger once only (Theoretically is not possible to do it 8 times but as example if it can work).
STOVE83935395Before the "and when the", it's a comma, not period.
Plus after the comma, it does not specify the checkpoint time.
I'm sceptical if the latter sentence is not attached.
She start with 50 fs and need 100 fs to proc her skill(cmiiw, I dont own her)
Before buff she gain 5 fs per debuff.
You will need 10 debuff on the ally so she can proc the s3 after the first debuffer turn.
With 10 fs, she only need 5 debuff on ally to proc right after the debuffer turn end.
Yea I don't understand why they highlighted it either. It's the same outcome. When she has full spirit she procs which can only happen at the end of an enemy unit's turn anyways.
A lot of events can inflict debuffs outside a hero's turn.
e.g. Counterattacks, on-effect skills, etc.
They make it possible to trigger at the end of an ally's turn.
dotaplayeI think it's whenever she's at full focus she procs s2 as the comma separates the "and when the caster's Fighting Spirit is full" phrase. So as long as she reaches 100 FS she can proc s2.
Otherwise it wouldn't make sense as she wouldn't be able to proc s2 when she s1 and reaches 100 FS on her turn.
Her S2 usually use when enemy inflicted debuffs to you and enemy go first, that's mostly in enemy's turn by the way. Now with double spirit gain, she really good against Peira, Ran and Seaseria. Especially if you pair her with speed contest term then S3 to push up 15%.
Thanks for replying.
What you said is true, but not relevant.
She still loses the ability to trigger passie when an ally's turn ends.
For example, the turn order is enemy1 -> ally1 -> enemy2.
Before, she can possibly cut in after ally 1. Enemy 2 gets hit by her S3.
Now, she can only cut in after enemy 2. Enemy 2 DOES NOT get hit by S3.
dotaplayeYour example is for 2nd turn or later. But for 1st turn, she start with 50 FP(fighting spirit)
After Ran/Peira S3 + Seaseria S2 bomb, end of ran's turn if your team inflict 5+ debuffs > she clean all her debuff > push herself up > S3 clean all debuffs from all allies. So this mean she can cut enemy2's turn.
If your team inflict debuffs again after that then maybe "someone turn end" may look better. The 1st turn clean is the most important in her role because she can use S3 for allies and this buff is good for it.
Currently with 5 FP per debuff, you have to wait for the end of enemy2's turn or ally turn for her S2 to clean+push.
MenZKunFrom 5 to 10 FS is surely a buff.
But the question is: Why remove triggering at the end of ally's turn?
dotaplayeFor not "over" buff?
