This is the 15th original hero concept. Enjoy :)
S1
Attack an enemy.
Steal 5% base Attack, Health and Defense from the target for 2 turns.
S2 CD: 3 Turns
Attack an enemy.
If the caster has higher CP than the target, deals additional damage equal to 12% x [CP difference] after this attack.
S3 CD: 4 Turns
Swàp S2 with an enemy.
Swàp them back automatically whenever this skill becomes available again.
//Swapping back does not increase cooldown of this skill
//S2's keep their cooldowns when swapping/swapping back
Note:
Obviously, this hero counters low CP heroes.
S1 makes stat/CP difference higher, which boosts S2.
This hero can utilize enemy S2, but enemy is not very likely to utilize this S2.
This S2 has fairly low cooldown after use, when enemy S2 may have longer cooldown after use.
This asymmetrical aspect is what makes this S3 valuable.
I like this kind of skill design.
Simple but powerful, S1-S3 have skill synergies but not too dependent on each other :)

U do realize that the cr difference is rediculous? A one percent difference is 12% extra damage. Multiply that by 50. That thing is killing anything it hits
Example:
This hero has 130,000 CP and the enemy has 100,000 CP.
S2 additional damage is:
(130000-100000)x12%=3600

I think you're doing the math wrong.
Say I've got a 150,000 cp unit (decently high) and a 100,000 cp unit (fairly low for a well geared unit). The difference is 50,000 and the s2 does 12% of the difference. 12% of 50,000 is 6,000 damage which is totally reasonable. PLUS, the unit is meant to be high cp with an s3 switch against a low CP unit. That unit will be unable to utilize the s2 as its CP will be lower than its targets.
