We have confirmed that the previous notice provided misleading server information of one of the winners of 2022 Epic Seven Fan Art Contest Preliminaries, 裂空之宇. 

The player on the Global Server had submitted his server information properly. However, the previous announcement included the winner on the Asia Server.

We have also looked into other winners' participation information, and no further issues were found.

We apologize to all players who had given time and effort unsparingly for this contest.

Measures will be taken as follows regarding this issue.

- 裂空之宇 in the Asian Server group will be moved to the Global Server group

  (10 Consolation Prize winners in Asia Server → A total of 11 winners)

- Another entry in Asia Server group will be awarded with a Consolation Prize.

- This event was conducted in accordance with our Event Regulations as outlined on our official website.

- Online rewards will be sent to your mailbox within the distribution period. (Storage Period: 7 Days)

- Further instructions will be sent to each winner's in-game mailbox.

- Please submit the correct information within the submission period.

- Winners residing outside of South Korea are required to submit their information in English.

- Please submit valid and correct information to prevent any issues in the delivery process.

- Due to COVID-19, there may be a delay regarding when certain rewards are delivered, or the reward may be changed. 

- In countries where overseas deliveries are not currently permitted, the prizes will be delivered later once restrictions have been lifted.

- A customs clearance fee may be levied on the prizes, and the prize will be returned when the recipient fails in paying the fee.

- Depending on the circumstances the reward may be changed into an in-game item with equivalent value or a different item.

- If prefer to receive online rewards instead, please contact STOVE Customer Service.

Entry in the event will be considered as your consent to the collection of your personal information.

The final round of the 2022 Fan Art Contest will begin with in-game voting on 12/23 (Thu).
