Hello Heirs!

This is GM Dominiel.

 

The following issues have been discovered on 11/25 (Thu).


1.  An intermittent issue has been discovered where in some situations the game on Android 11 OS devices freezes or is forcefully closed

→ We are currently looking into the cause of this issue and are working on fixing it. 

→ We will do our best to fix this as soon as possible. 

※ Please note that the changes may be subject to change. 


2.  An issue has been discovered where some emulators provide an unstable gaming environment

→ We are currently looking into the cause of this issue and are working on fixing it. 

→ We will do our best to fix this as soon as possible. 


3. An issue has been discovered where players are unable to log into the game when using their STOVE accounts

→ We are currently looking into the cause of this issue and are working on fixing it. 

→ We have confirmed that you can log into the game after changing your STOVE account password. Please log in after changing your STOVE account password. We apologize for the inconvenience.

→ We will do our best to fix this as soon as possible.

4. An issue has been discovered where one of the effects, 'damage decreases proportional to max health', of the passive skill, Demon's Armor of the Boss who appears in Caides Hunt 9 ~ 13 is not applied normally.

→ We are currently looking into the cause of this issue and are working on fixing it. 

→ We will do our best to fix this as soon as possible. 

→ The cause of this issue has been confirmed and the issue has been corrected. However this can affect the game environment for players who are currently enjoying Hunt event, and will be fixed with the update that will occur on 12/9 (Thu). Thank you for your patience.

     It did so before this update too. Finally you've noticed it. I hope it will be fixed.

    Please release apk version some players cant update because they dont have play store

      Go application, open google play store, google play game and services of google play then erase data in each case. Once go to google store, look for EpicSeven, and the update option will be available.

    Can't log into the game with my Google account. It brings up the terms of service which I accept and I get the following. "10124 This user ID already exists" Looks like it's trying to go through stove as in the terms of service stove and stove_epic7 are in there.

    for me, it lags much harder on my tablet that's on android.  on my pc running bluestacks 64bit, the lag is apx 5 secs between "new" screens.  normally, it's between 0.5-1.0 secs.  again, happy this is being acknowledged and looking forward to those free leifs xD

    I was about to report this, was so frustrated coz i thought it was phone again, hope this gets fixed soon.

    The video for Zahhak shows his s3 having a 4-turn cooldown before skill-ups (based on all the videos for other characters having information about their skills before enhancing), but in game he has a 5-turn cooldown before skill-ups. Why wasn’t there any notice of this? Makes him much worse

      RittsturThere is a disclaimer on every video that says "info is subject to change" or sumthn like that. Also this is the very first error of its kind. Sure it would be better to have a clean track record but when it's the very first you gotta be forgiving

    Would have been nice to have a notice that Zahhak’s s3 is not on a 3 turn cool down after mola. After all you changed it from the preview.

    There is a bug one Android 11 where the size of the screen changes when you start/restart the app.
