In celebration of the new year, we are holding a special 2022 Epic Seven Fan Art contest!

The first-place winner will get 3,800 Skystones + 5,000 Skystones + 30 Galaxy Bookmarks + a 2022 Epic Seven Diary.

[2022 Epic Seven Fan Art Contest - Preliminaries]

1. Schedule: 11/16 (Tue) 03:00 ~ 12/12 (Sun) 14:59 UTC

2. Details: Your fan art should express the subjects “Epic Seven” and “2022”

3. Prizes:

※Event prizes can be changed to a different item or to an in-game item depending on the circumstances. 

4. Participant Eligibility: All heirs above 16 from Korea/Global/Asia/Europe Servers

5. How to Participate: 

1) Subject: Your fan art should express the subjects of Epic Seven and 2022.

2) Size Standards:

- PNG or JPEG(JPG)

- Please keep a 4:3 ratio with a width of at least 1000 pixels.

※ If your fan art doesn’t match the size requirements, it might be adjusted later when elected.

3) Uploading Format 

※ Be sure to include the following information to be eligible for the contest:

6. Winners of the Preliminary and Finals Announcement: 12/21 (Tue)

7. Winner Selection

- Winners will be chosen by a group of judges at Smilegate Megaport.

- Winners will be selected from each server.

- Fan art by 12 Heirs will be selected for the finals.

- Participants may submit more than one entry but they may not receive more than one reward. 

For example, if you are selected for the Excellence Prize, you will not be selected for the Special Award even if you are eligible for it.

* The popularity prize and special prize will not take drawing skills into consideration and will use other merits to determine the winners.

2. Finals Results Announcements: 2022/1/14 (Fri)

3. How to Participate: 

- Vote for the fan art you like the most from the preliminaries. 

* Voting will take place in-game. More information will be shared later via announcements.

* A reward will also be given to Heirs for voting!

4. Prize:

- This event will be conducted in accordance with our Event Regulations as outlined on our official website. (Event Regulations)

- All entries that do not follow the UGC Support Policy will be excluded.

- Event participants must be 16 years old and above.

    - For your participation to be eligible, you must submit it on our     [2022 Fan Art Contest (Link)]     board on STOVE.

 - The Epic Seven 2022 Fan Art Contest will take place on STOVE communities. Only Heirs on the Korea/Global/Asia/Europe communities can participate.  

  - Participants may submit as many entries as they would like in the preliminaries; however, they can only win one prize for their first entry. For example, if a player is awarded the Winner Prize, they cannot obtain the Runner-Up/Consolation/Popularity/Special Prize as well.

   - Participants may submit as many entries as they would like; however, if entries are uploaded to multiple servers’ communities (e.g., Korean and English), only entries to the first submission’s community will be counted.

      - Participants must follow the uploading format and participation instructions to receive prizes.

- If the winner’s information cannot be confirmed, their win will be canceled.

- All submissions must be your own work without any copyright violations.

- If any participants are caught cheating during the event, their event submission will be canceled. 

- Submissions that are excessively political/religious/suggestive or violent will be disqualified.   

- Due to Covid-19 the delivery may be postponed indefinitely or changed to a different item.

- In countries where overseas deliveries are not currently permitted, the prizes will be delivered later once restrictions have been lifted. 

- Depending on the circumstances the prize may be changed into an in-game item with the equivalent value or a different item.

- Further information about the voting process and rewards will be announced via a separate post.

 - All entries and selected winners may be published on Epic Seven’s official communities. By submitting an entry to the Epic Seven 2022 Fan Art Contest, you consent to your work being used.

※ Personal Information Collection

We will collect event winners’ personal information to deliver the prize items. 

All personal information collected for inquiry response purposes will be destroyed 30 days after delivery is completed.
