Honestly I really think they should have designed this for a pre-fund release to meet demand. They could still keep their limited editions to a certain number, allowing them to receive it first, but the rest of us have to sleep. I can't be up at 3am when they opened this back up for sale. Pre-funding would allow them to tell the factory "Hey, I need this many books."

I had the same error message.  Never had any problems with my card.  I even called my bank and they said everything was fine, that it must be on their side.  Looks like the company Smilegate is with for secure checkout is Eximbay.  Which could be they don't accept cards from certain countries.  Now, I really hope they realease it on Amazon, or at least make it so we can buy the skin.  I spent the last few days trying to find a way to make this work, turns out many of us missed out on it.  It's very frustrating to see something being advertised and not being able to get it.  I understand the limited edition at 500 copies.  But the normal edition?  Get preorders from Amazon, and start printing!  You'll make money and your fans will be happy!  Makes too much sense I'm afraid ..  

I guess Smile Gate doesn't care as long as their book sold out. Poor Customer Service. I am surprised they dont care that many people can't buy items off their store. 

They advertised that Visa Cards worked when it did not.

It seems like they don't care about their long time heirs, players, and customers. It looks like they are headed in the wrong direction.
