Hello Heirs!

This is GM Dominiel.

In order to fix issues in the game, Epic Seven will have a patch on 11/12 (Fri)

Please note that while players may experience some server instability during this time, your game data will be unaffected.

Please see below for more details.

■ 11/12 (Fri) Patch Information

1. Schedule: 11/12 (Fri) at 08:30 UTC

2. Details:

- An issue has been discovered where a quest is not completed and 5★ Hero promotion reward is not distributed when using Potion of Ascension on 3★ Hero Adin's during 'Awakened Adin' mission.

- An issue where Awakened Adin's mission 'Pray to a Goddess Statue 5 times in South Theranhad' can be accomplished in regions other than Theranhad.

- An intermittent issue has been discovered where the battle cannot be entered after completing Episode 4.

3. Affected Content: Access to the game will be temporarily suspended.

※ Please Note!

- Disconnecting from the game after the patch is applied will not affect your game data.

- Once the patch is distributed, reconnecting to the game will automatically install the patch.

- When the patch is applied, the connection to your game will be temporarily terminated, and the game can be accessed normally after reconnecting.

- If possible, we ask that our players wait until the patch is over before logging into the game.

We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur due to this patch.

guys shut up with shop refresh nerfs ITS INSIGNIFICANT ! STOP TRYING TO BRING TOXICITY IN THIS WONDERFULL GAME! U SHOULD BE ASHAMED ! There is no other game in entire world that gives as much as E7!

  There is alot of game actually, try mmo like ff14, kings raid, revived witch, exos hero, dragalia lost that gives alot more free stuff then Epic 7. Trying to tell people to shut up for criticizing some concerning aspect of the game is the act that should be ashamed of. Your restricting people free speech. I am willing to assume that you have always lick someone else's feet to get ahead in life.

  It's not insignificant of you are someone who spends all your gems on the refreshes. I'm not disputing that E7 is generous in its rewards but as a gatcha game, rates, odds and probability are the most important to high end players. This is especially true for anything in E7 that relates to ML5s which in turn affects RTA, which then snowballs into affect RTA rewards.
  
  So it's not as "insignificant" as you think. ✌️

I hope you guys realize that the secret shop changes are so insignificant that you won't encounter an issue with it ever.

  If it is so insignificant" then they can put it back. and reduce the "insignificant" rates of fodder or 55 weapons.

I loved this game and I have lost that love. I began close to when the game came out and it was my one and only game. I played and I enjoyed it more then any other game. Even through the thick and thin (ml renewal, alencia, and constant mess-ups on SG's part) I stayed fast to the game and even got lucky here and there. But lately I have been Rolling 100 pieces of gear in a row bad and been getting rnged so bad at times. I love this game and all but something has to change. More fun content, yearly tournaments or something because, this day in and day out rng is just a constant rng loss for the users and a deceptive win for Smilegate and I hope they realize that or the company will begin to crumple.
