I Made A Broken Hero [14]

Long story short, I have a fanfiction that I'm planning a mini E7 crossover for. As sort of "flavor text" to the associated art project that is going with it, I wanted to create a hero card for one of the main characters in that story and thought I might as well go a little crazy with the kit. This is the end result. I fully intended this to be a broken hero w/ minimal actual applicability as a future hero. In part I'm looking for feedback on how this shaped up - how broken is it? Is there a gap to exploit in the kit?

Euphemia Alter is a Dark elemental Mage who can severely hinder the enemy by inflicting powerful debuffs and decreasing their stats.

 

Advent of the Goddess deals significant damage, while inflicting Extinction on defeated enemies, reviving fallen allies when defeating an enemy, decreasing the attack, defense, hp, and speed of surviving enemies, and unleashing a new form for Euphemia Alter for 3 turns.

 

Code:Geass grants Euphemia Alter a number of significant stat buffs, while granting her the potential to safely land very powerful counterattacks on high-damage enemies, while also cleansing her and her allies of debuffs, and potentially evading death.

Dragon Witch: Grants self Increased Attack (Greater) for 1 turn before attacking the enemy with the highest critical damage. This skill cannot trigger a counterattack or extra attack. If Dragon Witch is triggered while in Beast of Sin mode, grants self Avalon Blessing for 2 turns. 

 

Avalon Blessing: Once per turn, upon receiving fatal damage, immediately recovers 50% health. This buff cannot be dispelled.

 

After Awakening

Skill Description

 

Accesses the power of the Root to attain divinity. Attacks all enemies with primordial magic. When an enemy is defeated, inflicts Extinction and revives one ally, recovering their health by 50% and their combat readiness by 100%, before granting all allies Skill Nullifier once. If an opponent receives damage exceeding 25% of Max Health, inflicts Stigma Ω. Turns into Beast of Sin for 3 turns.

 

Stigma Ω: Decreases attack and speed by 30%, maximum defense and health by 15%, for 2 turns.

Increase damage dealt by 20% and Hit Chance by 15%. Further increase damage dealt by 2% and Hit Chance by 4% for each buff granted to the Caster and debuff on the enemy when attacking.


Notes: The artifact "Divine Constructs" pulls from up to five targets in PvP mode, potentially more depending on the PvE stage, when determining the bonus. For example, if Euphemia Alter has 2 buffs, and is attacking a full PvP team with two debuffs each, that would be a total of 10 points used for calculation. She would attack with a damage bonus of 40% (2% x 10, plus the static 20%) and a hit chance of 55% (4% x 10, plus the static 15%). It is not cumulative, does not stack with itself. The bonus is recalculated each time the caster attacks.

    Well, as advertised she is very broken. You'd need someone with a secondary attack that chains to the first like Sez's to kill her, with that 50% hp regen and 1 turn cooldown for it. And the s3 is murder. I'm glad you thought this up and not sg because there would be riots!




    But I like her concept and it seems like she's quite a powerful being in the story, from her background, so her "kit" would need to be a OP if we're going for realism. I also like that you formatted it the way sg does it for hero introductions too! You obviously put a lot of time into this so good job!!

    Andriod of Darkness, Bitc(h)lian (Knight - Dark)


    S1 - Attack all enemies with 75% chance to inflict silence for 1 turn. If target is silenced, decrease CR by 20%.  After attack in caster turn, has 35% chance to activate "lazy I".

    Soul Burn (10 souls) : 100% activate "lazy I" and increase debuff duration by 1 turn.


    "lazy I" - Attack all enemies then dispel one buff and inflict Unhealable and Blind for 1 turn. Ignore RES if target is silenced.


    S2 (passive) - Enemies unable to use normal attack (including counter with S1). If enemy can't use any skill in their own turn, skip their turn. If ally get attacked, increase the caster CR by 8% for ally and activate "lazy II".


    "lazy II" (2 turns CD) - Dispel 2 debuffs then grant all allies immunity for 2 turns and skill nullify once.


    S3 - Grant the caster EFF and invincibility for 2 turn. Dispel 2 buff then 85% chance to increase skill cooldown three times by 1 turn and Unbuffable for 2 turns. Ignore RES if caster has maxHP more than the target.

    this is a hero skill if 10 years plan works, I can feel it, but with more balance stats


    all skill if broken, no question about it, the broken level is just too absurd


    1. base stats is just far too high beyond standard

    2. s1, 2 turn def break mostly have a chance about 60% (clarissa, iseria, rem)

    3. s2, 50% regen is absurd, and maybe should be negate with unhealable, greater att before attack? with those base stats?

    4. s3, basically arby s2 to teammate with skill nullifier

    First her stats
    she has basically EVERYTHING

    I assume the stats display is shown with the bonus of the S2


    How are we supposed to deal with that MONSTER ?!

    I'm gonna nerf her right away


    S1 :

    decrease defense and stun for only 1 turn


    in beast of sin : attack all ennemies (I approve) with a chance to inflict 2 burn for 2 turns, and reduce speed

    S2 :

    too much things going on here

    I'm going for the defensive aspect of this passive


    When the caster takes fatal damages, survives with one HP and enter beast of sin mod

    CR push the caster by 100%


    Beast of sin : increase defense and lifesteal by 30%


    S3 :

    Attack all ennemies with magic

    heal the party for 10% damages dealt

    if an ennemy is killed, heal the ally with the lowest health and grant skill nullifier to it

    attack rate nerf : base 0.9 (soulburn 1.3)

    Mines better:

    Hero Name: Death

    S1: "Just Die already!" Damages all enemies and kills any enemies marked with *Doom* debuff.

    S2 Passive: "Speed set is for losers" Starts battle with 100% Combat Readiness, drains 5% of all enemies health and heals all allies for same amount every 3 turns.

    S3: 4 Turn CD: "You done son!" Despells all buffs on enemies before dealing damage. 85% Chance to place *Doom* debuff on all enemies for 2 turns. Grants extra turn.

    Soul Burn: Negates effective resistance.

    *Doom* debuff: Every turn damages opponent for 5% of their max health and heals caster for same amount.
