BESTYou're joking! How can you anticipate exciting competition among all of your heirs with the state of the meta being AOL violet Mercedes and rem? Pure rng isn't a competition and f*** AOL, you predators. Bring back nerfs. Fkluri and Corvus had the last good balance adjustments.

BESTEtherAlphaYou should probably learn the game before you make a bunch of comments calling people dumb. He's tied with Kayron for fastest unit in the game, removes buffs, removes souls with artifact, and blocks CR push. Ran also has ignore effect resist just like Basar that everyone hated for a long time. I almost forgot he can self attack buff and give immunity to the whole team. He gets skill null so you can't even stop him with Celine. WTF! People are going to build this guy with 300+ speed and no Alots in the game is going to out speed him. Put immunity on him and you're guaranteed to remove the enemy souls and stop their CR push cleave. The only hero with strip that can compete with his speed is Cerise and she's 7 speed slower. This hero would be super broken if he were a moonlight unit. We're lucky that he's blue and could possibly miss on green. If you're a whale, then maybe you can nuke him with Acidd first turn, else it's bruiser heaven for you buddy.

    congrat for husbando wanter!

    sincerely,
    Laika's fan

Ran's kits feel boring though, just another cleave opener. At least Laika is safe from getting those cleaver kits. I hope her kits will go either Ravi or Carrot's bruiser route instead.

You're joking! How can you anticipate exciting competition among all of your heirs with the state of the meta being AOL violet Mercedes and rem? Pure rng isn't a competition and f*** AOL, you predators. Bring back nerfs. Fkluri and Corvus had the last good balance adjustments.

    • images
      2021.10.13 23:58 (UTC+0)

Eh, AOL and Rem are manageable at the casual level I play at, and I don’t agree with the statements about nerfs or the last good balance.  It’s very frustrating to invest in a hero only to have them rendered useless, and Kise and Luna buffs were meaningful for example.

    • images
      2021.10.14 01:04 (UTC+0)

Right, Corvus was nerfed so well he's back to being dead just like pre-buff. No one uses him anywhere. Such good nerf! He didn't need any nerfs and I say it as someone who never built him. I used Fluri to deal with him ez pz.

AoL showed how underwhelming cleansers are. They are at heavy ER disadvntage and have way too long cds. I'd rather see DJB, Ray, Destina, Montmorancy and Doris buffed rather than AoL nerfed.

  • images
    2021.10.13 11:34 (UTC+0)

So uh, do I get this right or are they opening a second side story centered on Rain and Vildred while the current one which was split into 3 separate, time gated parts thus making sure you couldnt clear it fully early on, is still going on ?

What the heck ? At least let us finish this one first.

    • images
      2021.10.13 11:44 (UTC+0)

They have done that before. If you're strapped for energy just do the Ran story the second week.

    • images
      2021.10.14 01:07 (UTC+0)

Can you blame them? Considering how much people complain about "no content" it makes sense. This should keep them busy enough.

  • images
    2021.10.13 11:39 (UTC+0)

Ah just what we needed. More anti cleave because its such a problem...lol just beating a dead horse at this point.

    • images
      2021.10.14 05:36 (UTC+0)

ZiennRealistically people will probably just throw tome on Elena and get her to 220 speed to invuln her team against the cleave. Picker her and A Cidd will be good answers to Ran cleavers.

    • images
      2021.10.14 07:18 (UTC+0)

ZiennBruh the fact that you think I meant every single person who whined that did the opposite makes me know you're not very wise. Why the hell would I think ALL of them are whining that? Seriously grow up your arguement points **** ass.

also we are officially 3 SC rotations behind now just fyi

Do you even play your game?

  • images
    2021.10.14 15:53 (UTC+0)

this game is turning into a joke.  power creep much? look at all the complete useless ML5s and no fix (ml lilibet, ml kawerik, ml baal, judge kise, ml sez), and keep coming up with new units that do everything.  what happened to the old design team?

    • images
      2021.10.15 00:43 (UTC+0)

ML Sez and ML Baal are fcking OP I fcking hate these guys. And the power creep thing isn't really true since most of them do something slightly different. If they aren't good against something in PvP, chances are they're gonna be good in PvE. Of course, if you place more importance in PvP, you're gonna feel like everything is a power creep.

I'm not saying that power creep doesn't exist because it TRULY cannot disappear especially in gacha games where PvP is a thing. I'm just saying that it isn't as much as you think (except for AoLA, fcking cancer)

Also, the thing with useless ML5s is that they tend to get buffed. Remember Apoc Ravi? Useless ML5? Yeah I didn't think so. Just wait for their turn to get buffed.

    • images
      2021.10.15 01:44 (UTC+0)

SauceMastaThe new units release all are PVP oriented, so PVP is main argument.  It's just that the recent buffs and units released are so thoughtless that it's ridiculous.  A unit can be strong while having weakness that allows people to counter them.  Now you have Violet (which makes riolet look like a joke especially on offense) that dodges 100% on defense and you just have to plow through, AOL with 100% dispell plus 2 types of cc, and now Ran that can cleave you no matter what.  The point is that the new units are released are loaded with so much while existing units are ignored (ML lilibet anyone? still can't fight Politis, Basar, and now Ran because of CR, even though the whole point of her existence is to counter cc units )  Where are the buffs that make sense?

ML Baal easiest example.  He is inferior to AOL in every single way (only 1 85% chance cc, less consistent cr push, dispells only 1 buff).  the point is, why would you  ever use Baal if you have AOL?
