Question: Why I didn't receive any 5star hero selector covenant summon? It did notice me to receive it in my storage/mail, it keeps saying "please don't forget to claim your hero select ticket in your mail/storage" im in Asia server, does Global server & Korea server just receives special treatment? I've been always active since your 3rd anniversary please respond, that reward should be for everyone who participate, didn't receive any though..

the 10 free summons stop if you leave the screen before summoning all 10. I did one summon and then left to check for new phantasm that I grew and when I went back to the summons, the rest of the free summons were not available, only option was to pay with bookmarks
