Hello Heirs,

This is GM Dominiel.

The following issues are the issues that have been identified until 7/22 (Thu).

1. An issue where in-game pop-ups appear in vertical windows rather than horizontal windows on tablets 
such as iPad.

→ We’re currently investigating this issue and will do our best to resolve this issue.

→ This issue has been resolved with the maintenance that occurred on 8/5 (Thu).

2. An issue where Web Event appears as black screens, for those Heirs who experience the issue described above.

→ We’re currently investigating this issue and will do our best to resolve this issue.

→ This issue has been resolved with the maintenance that occurred on 8/5 (Thu).

3. An issue where in the Special Side Story album of The Holy Order of the Blue Cross and the Mysterious Island, when a player selects a locked album, the unlock condition is displayed as the last stage of each chapter.
 → We’re currently investigating this issue and will do our best to resolve it.

→ This issue has been resolved with the maintenance that occurred on 8/5 (Thu).

4. An issue where when a player purchases an item using Google Play Points, a pop-up message of the purchased item shows again in the game.

→ The pop-up message is only displayed for the purchases that occurred between 7/8 (Thu) and 7/22 (Thu). The product will not be sent because it has already been delivered to the players.

→ We apologize for any inconvenience caused. This message will now be displayed when players purchase a google play point item.

5. An issue where an error pop-up message appears upon entering the game.

→ Currently, we are investigating the root cause of the issue.

→ Completely close the game and re-start to continue playing.

→ We will do our best to resolve this as soon as possible

→ This issue has been resolved with 8/19 (THu) Update.

6. An issue has been discovered where following the Spirit Altar revamp, the amount of EXP., Gold, and Stigma obtained is incorrectly applied 

→ We are currently looking into the cause of this issue. 

→ For Heirs who obtained fewer rewards than before, we will give more details about the measures to be applied at a later time

→ We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible

 → The issue has been resolved with the patch that occurred on 7/22 (Thu).

7. An issue has been discovered where when the main hero is assigned to a team in the side story, The Holy Order of the Blue Cross and the Mysterious Island, a level-up animation is displayed after the battle. 

→ As the main hero does not receive EXP, no actual level-up occurs. (Acquired EXP. can be seen from the battle results screen)

→ We are currently looking into the cause of this issue ad will do our best to resolve it.

→ This issue has been resolved with the maintenance that occurred on 8/5 (Thu).
