Gear help [4]

Hi everyone.

Please help me with suggestion which heroes can be equipped with following gear and for what purpose (pve, pvp):

-neck crit.chance or atack%

-ring effect resistance

-boots  hp%  or flat hp

- also which heroes can use to their best both neck and ring atk% at the same time.

Atack% neck is only good for DPS who rely on bleeds/burns afaik

attack% neck is good for senya and gunther. crit chance is ok when you got high crit dmg on the rest of your gear but very low or no chance.
er ring is good for some soul weaver ray being one of those.
only speed boots are usable in this game.

Well in my case i always use crit damage necks on my dps heroes, the only heroes i use attack % necks are gunther and carrot since both dont need crit chance nor crit damage to destroy the enemy, unless you have speed sub stats on your gear or you are making a high hp def healer or tank, always use speed boots, otherwise you will get overcome but the dumb speed meta that rules the game.

Atk necks are mainly dps heroes who don't need to crit; RCarrot, Gunther, and Senya. Alt, there are very, very, difficult and rare builds of SSB that go for atk necks too. CC necks are what most dps units will want, so you can more easily get to 100% cc, while still hitting needed levels of atk and cdmg on the remaining gear.

Eff res rings are typically going on weavers and other supports as needed. More likely you'll want def or hp, but eff res rings can be used here to keep you healer/cleanser/debuffer from themselves being debuffed, but will need a build focused on eff res.

Hp boots will be certain off-meta slow tank/bruisers. Typically it's going to be a unit that relies on counters more so than spd, and likely will have significant spd rolls on the right side gear to keep the overall spd respectable while still hitting the desired bulk. I've seen certain Charles builds like this in the past where he's on Elbris and a Counter set. In theory this could also work on some Drink SSBs.
