Is the situation for missing account ever going to be solved? [22]

The feeling of loosing something you work hard for over three years is very sad and frustrating 

Some people played this game with friends and family now they are playing a waiting game with no hopes of a reply from support.


-They have time to post ban list and etc but they cant address Missing accounts issues???

-People Spend there money maybe we should call our banks for a refund for the issue you caused!

how about you do the right thing and return those missing accounts to those players who lost them instead of ignoring the problem as if it doesn't exist!

-no point of going on discord for help the community managers don't even bother replying back at all...

    Me too 3 years playing and they cant even answer my ticket for my linked google account that now my info of my in game account is missing (I still can log in with my google account but my info and my in game account is wiped and ask me to start a fresh account WTF) I can still find my account if I serch it from my brother account and in friend list my friends still can see my account but is not linked after update to my google account for your fault (stove fault)

    The situation revolving around the deleted, missing, or whatever you want to call it accounts is quite problematic, however, its not something that can be instantly fixed within a day or two. I would say give it sometime before doing anything, and if no response has been given within a timely time frame, then contact either Apple, Google, etc to see if it would be possible for a refund.

    ppls lose accounts since launch and sg do nothing

    Unfortunately their customer service team is more equipped towards pacifying players than helping them, because doing the latter is way above their salary grade. Why would they acknowledge the problem and risk a lawsuit? Best of luck to the affected players though.

    Just do your charge backs the only language this company speaks is money and they have been losing tons, losing more might make them do something. Words fall on deaf ears with this company.

    Discord is crap and so are its mods. If SG doesn't address the issue or people with lost accounts don't get answer to their inquiries you should ask Google to refund all money you ever spent.

    go find a way to get refund, I see SG will ignore player who lose their account. if SG have a plan to fix this, they will at least say something in 'announcement' part, like "sorry for all heirs who lost their account" or something
