Standing up for our heirs that lost their accounts. [34]

Fellow Heirs,


I sent an inquiry to SG because of the lost accounts that were binded. In the inquiry I clearly mention the problem and also understanding that Guest and/or unbinded accounts can be lost. I just hope they do something about it. It is just a smol inquiry from me but I really want to help some people in this situation. :)  The inquiry has been sent :) 


I also enclosed a comment from one heir and hope this is fine. The players name is @JarotTv. This is just an example of many players that experienced their loss. Please message me if this is not ok, I will close this inquiry and put out your comment :)

    Not just them. It makes it very unsecure for all of us considering how easily an acocunt can be lost and it's unknown to us whether they can retrieve them or not. This has been case since 2019 when some people accidently deleted their accounts but they were still in the game without their owners being able to access them.


    The only thing I can say is this, if they don't address/fix it within month people who spent money should write to Google to have it returned. The time they spent to progress won't be returned, unfortunately.

    Its an unbinded account, what do you expect? Every time they post about updates/weekly maintenance they always remind about that sh*t. Deal with it

    And this perhaps sheds some light on the current atmosphere in SG (or more precisely within the SC team), that things are in shambles and all over the place. And their staff members are still figuring ways to deal with them all.


    First with the delayed/cancelled/altered collab fiasco that in the end fell out of their control, leading to the obvious panic release of OP Straze to divert player's attention. Then suddenly came disruption in maintenance leading to lost of accounts. Even for unbound accounts, having data lost from their side is indeed serious issue that breaches trust and faith from players.


    Given these circumstances, it seems less optimistic about the prospect of this game. Are they in a gradual decline like many other games? Are they losing support from up the hierarchy? Are there internal issues among staff contributing to consecutive mistakes/scandals? One could only speculate, but things look a bit gloomy now.

    In any game, a lost Account is a major issue. 

    Either hacked or lost. The game publisher of the game must be  responsive or should give a answer to what happened., 

    I also don't understand why the Last maintenance/ update really make this major issue. 

    I Just hope those that get their Account lost get their Account back, 👍🏻

    They should make some kind off account authentication, either with email or phone number. This way it would be easier to restore account and avoid account selling or stealing.


    A game with a potentially thousands of dollars that you will spent on, should have better service to their user accounts safety.

    I'm surprised there isn't more of an uproar about this, since it's pretty huge. Imagine losing everything by sheer chance, with no way to get any of it back?? And they just buried this under a ton of stupid stuff like comics and bgm and whatever. 



    Very nice of you to do this though. Maybe we should start a petition for them to upgrade their authentication process. It's so outdated. Imagine not being able to change your account binding AT ALL. I know it's for security but there are things like two factor authentication, like Walph said. Smh

    Ty so much for the support for real, and yea they wipe my account after the update even that I have it linked to google play, I have play since 2019 in many other devices currently I play it on 3 diferent devices so my account was 10000% linked with my unique google account, I have the screenshot to prove is my account, my fiends irl can still see my account in their friend list, even my brother can see me when searching player in the game, but support services didnt answer any ticket for me, also official discord dont help at all and other people dont seems to support us even that we are in the same community some think we are lying, they could do a roll back in the servers but so many people pull for straze and maybe some get it in the 1st pull and will ahppoens like in the alencia banner where they roll back cuz the text was wrong in the game and they refund the boockmarks and also people who pull for herr keep it, so they probably see this like a big lose and probably dont do it

    Right now, it’s the weekend so I doubt people will get an answer.

    But if SG doesn’t acknowledge the issue next week, then this is… very bad. If that happens, People need to band up and send support tickets.


    The account binding architecture looks like a massive mess. Hell, the inability to change an account binding, reset an account binding by email, or even add secondary or tertiary account bindings is baffling.

    Looging back in with the same email shouldn’t bring you to a new account. Either some part of their database got corrupted with the last update, or it’s another kind of bug.


    Either way, even for those unaffected, this doesn’t inspire confidence in their system. Nobody wants to be the next victim.
