Not going to name them, but you can play Guess The Game if you want.

Presently on my phone there are two games that have run out of ideas, one of them is an rpg and the other is a puzzle game.  Both of them have run out of ideas and are rerunning previous seasonal banner promotions, on the puzzle game it's the previous Halloween promo while on the RPG they're offering both the previous Easter and New Years promo.

Those are the two games I play that have run out of ideas.  Maybe you're playing those games as well.
