BEST PiceaAbiesYou have no idea how much work it is to go after infringements. Some companies even have an entire department dedicated to that. Just because they’re not putting a DMCA request doesn’t mean the content is legal in any way (fact: it isn’t), it just means nobody in the upper management of SG has decided to put resources to actively go after the people reposting this particular content.

Besides, endorsing this kind of behavior would be like saying “it’s ok to rip assets off our game”, which is clearly against the ToS. The company cannot do that.

  PiceaAbiesThat’s... not how companies work. You can make a process as simple and straightforward as you want, unless someone (read: an employee) is actually assigned a task, by its management, to actively take down this or that, nobody is gonna do it.
  And companies have limited time and resources. SG and SC are not big companies (making millions is no big deal out there), they’ve got bigger fish to catch. Namely, *other companies* that are blatantly copying or reusing their assets to make money on their back. If you know about the Asian game market, you know what I’m talking about.
  A random nobody uploading their soundtracks to YT to get a few followers and fame isn’t their primary target. It’s about picking the fights that threaten your Intellectual Property the most.
  
  But you don’t have to take my words for it. Go ahead and explain your idea on Reddit, or even the official Discord. I am highly confident people will give you the same answers I just gave you.
