Connection issues after maintenance. [16]

The maintenance to improve server stability has done little to improve the situation. Even when you launch the game at the title screen you will endlessly see the "connecting" message sometimes. The worst part is it will NEVER lead to the screen to manually reconnect anymore. Can we get this properly addressed? For the record it is not just me, my guild mates have been complaining about it in our discord as well. Phone, emulator, tablet - all of them have the same issue.


For the GM that will reply:
- I have already done reinstallations due to the Japanese Media Pack error from before, this does not resolve the issue.

- Mobile data or Wifi does not impact anything. I have tried forcefully turning off my connection as well to attempt to see the manual reconnect screen but it never shows up. My connection has been stable and I am using Gigabit Fiber. I do not have issues with any other application or service.

- There are no updates to install for my device or the game itself.

- The times the error happens are random and happen any time throughout the day. The biggest issue is the inability to move past the "Connecting" screen with ras running forever. There is never an option to reconnect. The game can be run fresh and will randomly have the endless connecting error at the title screen or in the lobby as soon as you login

- I have left the game alone to do other things to come back to the same "Connecting" screen hours later. You cannot wait out the error.

- This error will happen anywhere. GW, Title screen, Lobby, Hunt repeat battling, etc.


Please just forward this to the team responsible for checking stability. Thank you.

    I have same problem. I cannot do anything. It keep connection forever. Only happend on my main in EU Server. Alt run well on global server

    I’m getting the same thing from the last couple of weeks, and the issue’s there still even after some patches.

    Been there for me for years on iphone. My internet is good. I dont even think its an internet problem because I can fix it 99% of the time by sliding down to my phones menu then back to the game. These past few days I couldnt even get in the game it was stuck at 0% on main menu. Do I get any compensation for missing out? I doubt it.

    Same problem on global , and all the Wanda event progress was lost

    I am playing on bluestack with 3 instance. But only account in EU have problem even change to another instance. Every setup is default on bluckstack 4.24. Same problem with my Iphone 7+ IOS 14.2

    Same connection issues and only way is to restart app.  Internet is good both on iphone and android devices.. please fix.  Nothing has changed since the temp maintenance.  The connection issues happen on all content:  hunt, adventure, expeditions.

    I may be experiencing the same? I get frequent 101 connection errors that make the game unplayable, often resulting in the connection lost to server message and getting booted to the login screen. Sometimes these appear on the login screen for the game. The running Ras is rarer for me, but it does happen.


    This only started recently for me (past month) and only happens on my 7th gen iPad running iOS 14.2. My Pixel 5 does not have any issues. I have tried removing E7 and reinstalling on the iPad. Did not make any difference. I also tried to switch servers and it didn't help. Are there other common things to try?

    Frequent "CONNECTING..." with Running Ras Emote issue. Already reinstalled multiple times and it occurs at random. However, after the first instance it will continue even after force closing the app multiple times and it takes at least a minute of force closing before I can actually login at times. First instance occurs regardless of content I'm attempting to access eg. expedition, arena, guild war, summoning, enhancement, enter shop, etc. OS device does not matter either as I'm having issues both bluestacks and Iphone X

    I believe I may have identified the issue, it seems to be related to the app and stove connection being unstable. I noticed I receive a stove text error at the bottom of the screen once I enter the lobby.

    I got this problem now around 1.5 Years. Well it wasnt that bad. Sometimes there came Ras and ran a few seconds. After this he stopped and I kept playing. I researched so much to deny this Ras. I guess its a routing problem by my provider or the Gameserver of Stove/Smilegate.


    Since today I got your problems... And its pretty annoying. @GM Aering it really doesnt matter on which device someone is playing. To proof my comment I tried out many things. IOS, Android, LDPlayer, Bluestacks ... Everyone the same.


    Well I didnt try out using my data volume on my Smartphone. I had not any problems with that yet. But even if Its a routing problem aswell why does so much ppl having this problem.


    Am I now forced to use a VPN or something like this to play E7? I mean Its unplayable. I cant even autorun 20 times W13. Need to restart the game. Then I need to gamble if I can "Touch to start" the game on the Load screen or Ras is trying to run a marathon.


    Please fix it ...
