Hello.

Unfortunatelly i dont have any visual proof of what im about to report but i have tried to make a 10x pull for Flan today, on the very first pull i have received book shine that shows up when you get a 4* character but what i have received from this pull was ... Nemunas

After that there were 2 more correct shines for a 4* artifact and a 5* character Flan.

Below you can see what i received from this 10x pull (cut down due to resolution)

It is not a bug, it shines at the start of the 10x pull, saying “Hey! There’s a 4* or 5* in here!”, but that doesn’t mean the first pull will always be a 4* or 5*. Selective summons did the same thing.

You can simply submit a ticket through in-game Customer Service.
Lobby -> Settings->Select 'Customer Service', and there you can pick the category and choose any inquiry.
On the bottom you'll see the 'Inquiry' button.
