A pretty serious bug. The hourglass glitches the game whenever there is a t-surin. It has happened on both my phone and bluestacks. 

Issue: when you click the hourglass after t-surin turn or after she proc her passive, it glitches the game and it won't let you see cooldowns nor soulburn. You can soulburn after a few turns but the hourglass stays bugged. 

It also happened to ydcb while he was streaming. Watch his latest stream towards the end. 

Or I don't know. It could be tsurin new passive that blocks soulburn and the hourglass and that's kinda op imo.
