Hello sir, I really need help. Because, I can't login into game and i got this notification (this notification on bahasa language. So, you can translate into english language). What does it mean? I already restart my phone and its not work. My phone isnt rooted phone and i dont have any bad application on my phone. Help me please

Could you please check if the device has been rooted/jailbroken or not?
Please note that Epic Seven cannot be played on rooted/jailbroken phones.
If the phone is rooted/jailbroken, erase the exploit and return the phone to an unrooted state.
If not, could you also please answer the following:
▶ What device are you using to play Epic Seven?
▶ Which OS are you on?
